Panjiri is a traditional Punjabi sweet made with whole wheat flour, powdered sugar,Alonds,Cashew Nuts,Raisins,Melon Seeds,Kamarkas Poppy seeds,goond,Coconut,pistacho and ghee. It is mostly made during winters.
