Kombucha is really good for your digestive system. It's a probiotic like yogurt. That's especially good when you have food sensitivities. The coconut yogurt is really good for your stomach as well.

Biscoff by Lotus cookies are the best cookies and tea....they have them on the plane too.
I love shelf risers for bathroom storage. Mine are from Marshall’s in espresso. The office desk is basically everything. Sawhorse desks are so minimal and clean!

At the Farm Fresh store closing sale, I picked up a few bottles of pure cranberry juice. I add ice & stevia to make it taste better.
I used to eat the Erewhon cereal everyday! It's so good and they work well for rice krispie treats! I also used to mix them with P.B. and honey and refrigerate them and eat them like Rice Krispies treats.

Also if you guys like Cheese Gnocchi, waffles blueberry and frozen mixed berries are good. I always make sure there's no Carrageenan (not healthy thru USDA and was to be removed from food, yogurt & milk) in Almond Dream, Calafia and few things from Whole Foods or just drink Flax Vanilla or Oatmilk.

I love the grocery hauls!! Im trying different brands of kombucha now because of ya’ll. I will say u have to get use to the taste but I’m tryna get off the sodas. The Humm brand is really good as well.
The pesto pasta from TJ’s is so good! Me and my family love it! And I always add some cut up boneless chicken whenever I make it.
