    Hi Aaron, how do you like your Giant Talon E+3 now? I’m considering it too. What’d help me is that, why you went with this bike? Were considering others too? Thx

    • @aaroncolley1261
      @aaroncolley1261  Год назад +2

      Hey JayT. No, I wasn't really considering any other bikes. I went into the bike shop with my brother to get his bike fixed. I noticed this bike was in stock and in my price range. I mostly ride the bike on the streets but i'd like to hit my local foothills more often. I will still probably upgrade the front suspension + upgrade the drivetrain so I have an extra lower gear for super steep hills.. Overall, I really like this bike. I hope this helps!

    Hey dude do you think 50nm from the motor are enougth for weigth ? I am asking this because im between 50nm giant and 85 from cube..thanks.

    • @aaroncolley1261
      @aaroncolley1261  Год назад +3

      Hey Dimitris, I think the motor is ok for my weight (245 lbs.) When I have the pedal assist turned all the way up, I don't use that much effort when riding on a flat surface. It's only the very steep uphill trails that i wish i had 1 more lower gear. Overall i like the bike but i will be upgrading the front suspension because the coil suspension is very springy like a pogo stick. I hope this helps. Thank you for the comment. Have a good day!

    Any 6 ft 4 inch riders on this Large model? I’d love to buy this frame, but not sure it will fit a taller larger rider? Thanks

      Not sure if this info matters to you or not, but I had to chop off a good sized amount from the seat post to fit me properly. I am between 5'7 and 5'8. I hope this helps

    The variations on this model and year is mad, some have maxxis some have kenda tyres then there's the gap just underneath the top tube some have a gap some don't, then there's the controller .. 2 variations etc etc

      I still have this bike and ride it all the time. I still want to upgrade the forks. Something I dislike is how the motor cuts off after 20mph. After the motor cuts off, its like pedaling a sled

      @aaroncolley1261  2 года назад

      Hey there. I'm not sure what you mean by fully automatic mode. I know it has an "automatic mode" that will automatically adjust the amount of pedal assist. Is that what you mean? I still got some learning to do with this bike haha

      @ColleyPark 2 года назад +2

      @@deadprisoner18 Oh, I see. No, this bike does not have any throttle or any mode that moves you without pedalling. You have to pedal in order for the motor to kick in. Thanks for the comment

      No it does not have the automatic mode available on higher end Giants. Really curious if you or anyone else has upgraded the fork yet. This the stock one is a pogo stick.
