A Return To Form? The Vor'kang Class

Today at the request of one of my members i take a look at STO's Vor'Kang Class Attack Cruiser. The appparent Sucessor to the Vorcha, the Vor'kang takes a very different approach to its ancestor. trading Armor and Heavy disruptors for Torpedoes and Agility. But has the Vor'kang returned the Torpedo Cruiser to the front and fore of the klingon fleet. or has the Torpedo Cruiser had its day?
