    In all seriousness, did you try?😅 No idea what your max hr is but it was 130 odd for a lot of the ride....it was down to 114 at one point and you finished it was 145 ish...
    10 mile TT's are meant to be redlined for 20 odd mins, unless of course you simply aren't bothered about going a couple of minutes quicker.
    I'm not judging by the way....just saying it seems very sedate for a 10 mile TT

      It's a fair point and to be honest I had/have no idea what I'm doing 😅
      As I mentioned in the video, I've barely ridden this year and would much rather be out for a minimum of 4 hours but life isn't allowing that right now, so this was an opportunity to do something short that was a bit different and outside my comfort zone.
      I did try, but I'll try harder next time. After all that's what it's all about, right? Try it once to put down a marker and then push for better next time once you know a bit more what's involved
