In all seriousness, did you try?😅 No idea what your max hr is but it was 130 odd for a lot of the ride....it was down to 114 at one point and you finished it was 145 ish... 10 mile TT's are meant to be redlined for 20 odd mins, unless of course you simply aren't bothered about going a couple of minutes quicker. I'm not judging by the way....just saying it seems very sedate for a 10 mile TT
It's a fair point and to be honest I had/have no idea what I'm doing 😅 As I mentioned in the video, I've barely ridden this year and would much rather be out for a minimum of 4 hours but life isn't allowing that right now, so this was an opportunity to do something short that was a bit different and outside my comfort zone. I did try, but I'll try harder next time. After all that's what it's all about, right? Try it once to put down a marker and then push for better next time once you know a bit more what's involved
Really cool event. Mint result, even with the detour….
Yeah can't complain considering how much time I lost going the wrong way!
I would call that a win, for the fact that the TT got you out riding on a beautiful summer evening. Cheers
When you put it like that, it's hard to disagree!
Good to see you back on RUclips bro
Cheers dude! Just need to try to set aside time to edit 😅
