I had to put my dog down it broke my heart i was there with her when her soul left but I couldn't breathe and had an anxiety attack and couldn't stay until her heart stopped but she wasn't alone my friend was with her and the people tht I took her too in Lancaster was with her the 4th of this month was when she left this earth
I lost Huanhuan my baby puppy on June 1th 2021. I could never forget the moment she took her final breath. She had been with me for five years from 2016 to 2021. I will always cherish this time of period of my lifetime deep in my heart because this has been my happiest time of my life. Now five months on, I still miss my Huanhuan every single day and night. May God, Buddha, Heaven Father help me come over of this utter pains and distress I have been suffering constantly since she died.
We lost our beloved Springer spaniel kenco on 9th of January 2022 I'm still upset loved him to bits miss him so much thanks for the memories my little man if you're in doggy heaven now chasing those balls 😭😭

Pug Dad? I had to let go of my 17-year-old baby girl Mandy in June and I am still struggling to get over it big time. Her brother (my pic) is right behind her and will 3-6 months before his quality of life isn't good and I will have to say goodbye. I have never been more devastated and crushed and never thought it would be from a small dog.
I put my Yellow Lab of 13 years down today and he was smiling till the last breath. He was such a good boy and i'm gonna miss him like crazy. When I found out that he wasn't doing well and had to rush home from a vacation all our family we're a bunch of nerves. I've never felt that way and I've been through deaths of family members but this Damn dog put me through the ringer. I will miss you Hercules. No dog could ever replace you.
My 17 year old Dachshund, Fritzie, wagged his little tail one last time before he closed is one good eye for the last time. That was 4 days ago. I am broken hearted. I love him so, so much. I know he is waiting for me in heaven. God bless you for such a beautiful song.
When my dog Ash died, it took me 51/2 years to get another dog. It make me cry thinking about it. My new dog Sadie, well she makes me know unconditional love. Thank God we have that kind of love!
Very sorry for your loss. Dogs ARE family, plain and simple. They make life livable and tolerable. I've lost 3 furbabies in the past. We miss them when they're gone but we're incredibly blessed to have them as long as we do. Life would plainly suck without them. 😢😢😢

Agreed, What makes it hard is they are usually the only one in our family to always be there and never judge us. No matter what. Forever loyal and loving. Usually. For me the first time was the hardest. My 2nd family dog..I was more okay with it as he was suffering the last 7 months of his life having lost most of his vision and hearing. For a dog that's almost his everything. Trapped in a word of his dreams where he could see and hear. His kidney's had failed too. I was happy to set him free. But of course like my first dog I miss him sometimes And my first. They are in Heaven...free of pain and suffering forever. Just knowing happiness. Till we're reunited again. Now I have a 3rd dog. A Pug. 3 years old. Thought I could go without a dog in my life knowing what would come one day. I couldn't. After only 2 months I found a breeder. Put down a deposit for a puppy. So happy I got my dog. Life is always RICHER. I guess it helped that my 2nd passed in his sleep and I didn't have to take him to the vet. Like I did for my first. How do you put down the one friend who's been the most true??
I started crying as soon as this started playing. Any animal lover will understand. It is so wonderful that the videos were able to be taken of all the memories they had with the dog 🐕. I wasn't able to get any of my last furbaby. I have memories of him in my mind. They aren't as good as videos, but when someone loves an animal as much as I did him, they are vivid. Thank you so much for sharing. I had a Black for 12 years, He was my best bud because we were so much alike. I grew up on a 57 acre farm and we did everything together. Hunting , sleeping out, exploring. He had gotten to the point where it was difficult to walk, then he could walk at all. I put pads down where he laid in the mud room and brought him food an water but he was in a lot of pain but yet when he heard me coming you could hear it tail thumping on the floor. I gathered everyone to come over and say goodbye to Dukey. It was 38 years ago and one of the saddest days of my life, but he had a good life. I haven't had a dog since.
I can understand that feeling . I have had Labs for over 30 years. All lived 14 or 15 years. You definitely lose a part of yourself when you lose a trusted companion. But I guess I am selfish or need the companionship of my four legged buddies. Ranger my 5 year old boy might be my last big pup, 72 years old, depending on my health. I know how it feels. We just lost our dog today. He has been with us since 2006. And his birthday was July 24th. He had gotten to 12! 12 happy human years. I don’t realize that he’s actually gone, until I sit down, and have nothing to do but think...I’m so grateful he came into our lives. We’ll love you forever Cocoa❤️

I agree. I've loved so many and said goodbye to them. We have 1 rescue min-pin and 1 re-home Maltipoo now. The Maltipoo now has an enlarged heart, believe she's at least 16, but the sweetest most affectionate, smart girl I feel my heart squeeze just at the thought of having to decide the time, though she's going and going.

Loosing a pet is so so heart wrenching. I went through it this February 21st when our dear SPLITZ Rover breathed his last due to liver problem. I lost my dog 1 year ago so I know how it hurts.Every memory you had of becomes so precious. The importance of anyone is realized only in the absence of it.
This made me cry because my service lab had to be put down aug 21.’2019 and he could barely walk. On his last day he barked at my face and threw then leash on his lap slowly he we went for the last care ride to watch his final sunrise. He made it to 21 years of age
They didn't say why they were saying good bye to their dog. Did they move and leave it behind? Did the dog die of natural causes? Did they have it put down because it was old? If that's the case that's just wrong. Let the dog go on his own.

It's NEVER easy but they've been so loyal to you just BE there with them. My last collie passed in my back seat. I was traveling, there was nothing that could be done. So l laid beside him until he was gone. Extremely hard for me YES but, right before, he put his paw on my arm & went over that rainbow bridge. I made it a month & then rescued another collie, or he RESCUED ME. THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER. 💕💕🤗 🌲MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL !!

What a sweet tribute to an amazing dog. There is nothing better when you have to leave this earth to know that you are loved and cherished. Your sweet dog knew that without a doubt. I have felt the loss of pets my entire life. It never gets easier to lose a part of the family but knowing you did your best and didn't allow them to suffer at the end is a beautiful thing. It is the hardest thing to do as a dog lover. Our girl Evie , gave us 15 years of love and companionship. We will always have her in our heart. Our Boy Ranger, 5. Continues the pattern . OMG , I don’t know how I ended up here. But I know the pain of this having to put three down. I took the loss As hard as if it was a family member, maybe even worse. It’s been a year and a half now, and I’m still not over losing him. He was my seven-year-old service boy, a golden retriever.
That was the mostly beautiful testament of a dog ❤ that captures the pure love and devotion they give every minute of their much too short life. I just lost my baby girl a month ago. There are not enough words to tell how that sweet soul decorated my life for 16 years. Heaven is Blessed every time a new pet crosses Rainbow Bridge ❤😢❤😢

My dog died yesterday and I honestly haven't stopped crying. I wasn't able to say goodbye. She was in pain in her last weeks and I wasn't able to be there for her. It pains me and I feel so guilty. After my mom drove me to school, when she got back in the house, my dog gave her last breaths before finally laying still. Everything feels so unfamiliar now.
The impact they have and leave is unbearable but extremely worth all the memories that came with it; and hold on, you will eventually meet someday again. 💙

Dogs provide so much emotional support to so many humans. All animals are beautiful tbh. Without animals I can't even imagine how the world would look like. Sadly people have hunted down so many of these beautiful creatures over the years. Animals = Love.

Loosing a pet is so so heart wrenching. I went through it this February 21st when our dear SPLITZ Rover breathed his last due to liver problem. I will never forget the last time he looked at me.He was so weak he couldn't even raise his head. The vet came and it was over. Still when I think of him tears roll down my face.

I lost Huanhuan my baby puppy on June 1th 2021. I could never forget the moment she took her final breath. She had been with me for five years from 2016 to 2021. I will always cherish this time of period of my lifetime deep in my heart because this has been my happiest time of my life. Now five months on, I still miss my Huanhuan every single day and night. May God, Buddha, Heaven Father help me come over of this utter pains and distress I have been suffering constantly since she died.

I lost my dog 1 year ago so I know how it hurts.Every memory you had of becomes so precious. The importance of anyone is realized only in the absence of it.
This made me cry because my service lab had to be put down aug 21.’2019 and he could barely walk. On his last day he barked at my face and threw then leash on his lap slowly he we went for the last care ride to watch his final sunrise.

They didn't say why they were saying good bye to their dog. Did they move and leave it behind? Did the dog die of natural causes? Did they have it put down because it was old? If that's the case that's just wrong. Let the dog go on his own.

It's NEVER easy but they've been so loyal to you just BE there with them. My last collie passed in my back seat. I was traveling, there was nothing that could be done. So l laid beside him until he was gone. Extremely hard for me YES but, right before, he put his paw on my arm & went over that rainbow bridge. I made it a month & then rescued another collie, or he RESCUED ME. THEY JUST KEEP GETTING BETTER. 💕💕🤗 🌲MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL !!

What a sweet tribute to an amazing dog. There is nothing better when you have to leave this earth to know that you are loved and cherished. Your sweet dog knew that without a doubt. I have felt the loss of pets my entire life. It never gets easier to lose a part of the family but knowing you did your best and didn't allow them to suffer at the end is a beautiful thing. It is the hardest thing to do as a dog lover. Our girl Evie , gave us 15 years of love and companionship. We will always have her in our heart. Our Boy Ranger, 5. Continues the pattern . We love him and he loves us unconditionally. Being 72, might be my last big dog, Black Lab. Will continue to have a dog , till I die

Your dog knew how much you loved and cherished them you can tell
just saw this, put my girl down over a year ago and it's amazing how much it still hurts. so lucky to have them. I do have another new rescue, but never will forget how lucky I was to have her and now, how lucky I am to have him.

OMG , I don’t know how I ended up here. But I know the pain of this having to put three down. I took the loss As hard as if it was a family member, maybe even worse. It’s been a year and a half now, and I’m still not over losing him. He was my seven-year-old service boy, a golden retriever.
That was the mostly beautiful testament of a dog ❤ that captures the pure love and devotion they give every minute of their much too short life. I just lost my baby girl a month ago. There are not enough words to tell how that sweet soul decorated my life for 16 years. Heaven is Blessed every time a new pet crosses Rainbow Bridge ❤😢❤😢

My dog died yesterday and I honestly haven't stopped crying. I wasn't able to say goodbye. She was in pain in her last weeks and I wasn't able to be there for her. It pains me and I feel so guilty. After my mom drove me to school, when she got back in the house, my dog gave her last breaths before finally laying still. Everything feels so unfamiliar now.

Dogs provide so much emotional support to so many humans. All animals are beautiful tbh. Without animals I can't even imagine how the world would look like. Sadly people have hunted down so many of these beautiful creatures over the years. Animals = Love.
I just said goodbye, or I prefer, see you on the other side, about 4 hours ago. My sweet Lady. 14yrs old. Auzzie shep mix. Heart, kidneys, hips, pancreas. She's back to being the awesome frizbee dog now and she doesn't need to worry about chipping a tooth either! Tomorrow is really going to hurt but one day there will be no more sickness, no more death, more more sorrow, no more saying goodbye. Thank you Jesus. I don't want to turn around. She lay right behind me in her cushy chair when I was on the computer. At least I don't have to hear here struggling to breath. Dogs are awesome. Some dogs are super awesome.
