sir....In dorsal dislocation pip joint, can the pip joint be immobilised in flexion??

Even there, PIP must be immobilised in neutral position. In chronic PIP dorsal dislocation we can immobilise in flexion, but even that must be monitored constantly.

The surrounding soft tissue swelled and the distal interphalangeal joint space narrowed.

I made another ex rate after 2 months , it shows that the bone fracture has been healed by using splint. But i still feel some little pain if moved
