It was just a normal quickscope in the raw clip. He added a cinematic of the camera going through the plane and keyframed it to make the camera spin. He then masked a scope retical above the cinematic and keyframed it to spin a little as well. This is a big oversimplification but it's a great way to transition from one clip to another
