Had the offending driver smashed into him attempting to return to his (correct) side of the road (and no DC) how would that have turned out he said/she said/skid marks/wrong side of road/head on.
Deffs not worth avoiding into oncoming traffic, it could have ended just as bad and involved people who would have otherwise not been involved.

Same as slamming on the brakes hard because I knew there was nobody behind me so alright not to get side swiped by a person who didn't check their mirrors.

This may be one of the best compilations I've seen on this channel. Lots of very wacky and weird stuff.
I was impressed enough by the 'still wheel' on the taxi at 2:16 where the rotation of the mags matched the FPS of the cam perfectly - that alone was enough to make it in this compilation, but then there was almost carnage too!
I didn't notice that (on my phone) so looking again on a PC and wow, looks like a CGI taxi when the frame rate matches like that, or the taxi is sliding on ice ;) (Driver is probably surviving on ice).
At the last clip, I would have kindly offered to help and fix the situation. It was obvious she was struggling and looking for help with her glances towards the car filming but each their own. The very elderly should either have a companion when driving or not even driving at all.
In my experience (of offering help with parking, manoeuvring, etc) the elderly men are more likely to swear at me and old ladies keep their window up and wave me away. I had one lady in her 20s jump out and let me park her car for her though lol but yeah the oldies don't like to admit they need assistance!

Serious question as to their powers and exemptions from road rules . The closest I could find was you could argue they get exemption using the workplace safety act NSW
