Recipe Kinder Bueno Cream - Hazelnut Spread

Hello everyone, after a lot of requests for kinder bueno cream, following my New York Rolls recipe, I'm happy to come back with the recipe for kinder bueno spread or homemade kinder bueno cream with hazelnuts and white chocolate! This recipe is super delicious! I hope you like it, helps.
🔴Recipe:
200 g roasted hazelnuts without the skin
230g melted white chocolate
half a glass of hazelnut oil (70 ml)
3 tablespoons powdered milk
1.5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring + half a teaspoon of hazelnut flavoring

Dude, this recipe nails it! Thank you so much, excellent. I just used half the amount of hazelnuts, with original recipe it was too much, slightly bitter and overbearing hazelnut taste. The original seems to be using around 13% hazelnuts.

Au delà de 15 jours le goût des noisettes change.
