I have tried this recipe. I think the amount of oil that she gave on recipe is too much. I follow the exact recipe but turn out too runny and the taste of vegetable oil is too strong. I also see other comments have same issues with me. So i could say her recipe for oil is not accurate, you guys should add less amount.
@@breadbaking1858 Hi.. Thanks for your reply. I already put in the fridge. But it didnt help so much. The consistency is like frozen ice cream, so hard to scoop it out. When it becomes more soften the consistency is like melted ice cream (back to runny again).
@@debbyr1035 I know it’s over a year, but I only use 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil when I make kinder bueno spread (other ingredients are the same as for this recipe plus some vanilla extract) and it is more then enough. And if I want it to be less runny I don’t use any oil at all.
hi. did you strain your blended nuts before putting in sugar? i notice that yours looks smooth with not even tiny bits of nuts skin. while mine not smooth at all eventhough i blend it for quite some time

@@Cindycatellp It was actually very good, after it cooled I poured it in to a glass jar and put it in the fridge, to let it harden, I wanted to use it inside cookies, so all in all it worked out very well.
Waaaaay too many flaws, it’s almost impossible not to judge it. I mean . . . The spelling errors got a bit major, the amount of oil used in that recipe is ridiculously high, and wow. The cameraman needs to be fired. Even DragonForce has its cooking channel and it’s less uncomfortable when the camera is worked which you wouldn’t expect from a metal band, but here we are in a world of odd satisfaction fighting against the side with RUclips’s angry desperation with sweet videos. I personally recommend watching those videos. You’ll probably love it ESPECIALLY if you’re into making Italian cuisine including Tiramisu, Bolognese, Panna Cotta, ETC.
All this time i don't like nuts...And it's one of my faves! 🤤
I tried similar recipe with less oil, it tastes amazing not the same as Bueno filling but close.

I presume the white chocolate is what will make it thicken. I would suggest you use less oil. And the same amount of white chocolate as suggested

Maybe change the oil to melted butter? Cause better has higher freezing point than oil, but that's just my theory. Never done it yet 😅

I tried this and it’s too runny…and after 7 hours it hasn’t thickened. It tastes ok though but I think the recipe needs alterations xxx
