Frodo and Lionel were a great inspiration and motivation for me 3 years ago to start running again, now with 67 years I will run in London Miami and San Francisco Halbmarathon 😊 without these 2 champions I would have give up after a short time 😮I saw Jan this year in Ibiza Hamburg and now here in Nizza 🤩 thanks Frodo for being in this world and I hope you will win 🥇 on Sunday 🔥you are my sport hero in my life 👍

Bob, terrific interview as always. Only thing missing was poncho man...lol...Yan, it brings me joy to hear that you are in great health at the tail end of your career and ready to complete this weekend. You are a class act and not only represent the sport positively, but the human race period. I'm looking forward to the contributions you will continue to provide to the sport. All the best to you and your family. Enjoy your family because it does go fast.

Nice interview! Good to see the sincere side of Jan, apposed to the PTO boxing match hype (in which Jan psyched out big blu, but at the cost of coming across as a tool). Good luck Jan
