This was a great podcast. I had so many epiphanies with this one. For me, I prefer eating mostly the same structures like you have all said as well. The prepping side is usually 2 days worth of protein to save me time. Boiled white potatoes are my go to this last couple of years. I had an old fear of avoiding it because of the calories, but after some trial and respect I embrace them. Fat loss is so much easier eating the same foods you enjoy, but less of it. I used to love hitting my macros with pop tarts. Now I replaced it for a beer on the weekends lol
