How much to order the basic kit I have one missing on y bottom mouth and the teeth next to it is also getting loose I did have a partial for my bottom teeth but I broke had it for over 20 years
When I was 12 I was in a car accident and got my front tooth knocked out. If you could imagine being a teenager and always putting your hand over your mouth if you smiled. My mom was a single parent so we had little money when I got older I got braces and a flipper this was back in the early 80s even than this partial was discolored so I still couldn’t smile. I suffered from depression and self confidence from hiding my smile. Eventually I got my teeth pulled and got dentures I was so excited but the dentist didn’t fit them right and they look fake the biggest problem is the gum part is too big for my mouth and the teeth are tiny not at all what I hoped and dreamed of. I put tons of denture cream in and they still fall out. Eating with them is out of the question so I’m not sure but I’m hoping my insurance will pay for another pair and I’m going to make sure I find a dentist that takes the time out to make sure they fit. We all would love that big beautiful smile I’m 57 and hopefully some day.
I know exactly the feeling you are talking about. I Got sucker punched in the mouth and it knocked out my front teeth early 90s at school. I had them put back in but have never been right since. Even in the military they only do basic work. The VA only does basic work if you are 100% or service connected for dental nobody else. Now at 48 both teeth have completely gone, broke off. Over 5k per tooth to fix. Its rediculous how dental isnt covered here in the States. It can lead to life threatning complications too. So in the mean time Ive been doing exactly what she did in the video. Molding and casting teeth so I looked somewhat presentable. It's embarrassing, unsightly and just plain wrong its not covered. So what she is doing does actually work for cosmetic, but are not functional per se. Much cheaper to buy the gum material, multple trays, putty, and teeth though. Make multple sets of impressions. Then once you have mastered it you can try different casting materials. I prefer epoxy resin, but ceramilc works, as well as some others. Was it ideal..nope, but better than looking like a crackhead. It's by no means as easy as she makes it out to be. Tons of trial and error, thats why make a few molds. The good part is, just reheat if you make a mistake. Just dont expect Them to look or feel like the real thing. So , yeah, I definitely feel for you and there are plenty of other people in the same boat. Being female probably multiplying it by 100 for ya. My daughter lost a tooth and another was pushed back in a sporting accident. I worked every minute I could to make sure she didn't have to deal with this and got her 2 implants. Granted, implants were not around when I lost mine. So root canals and crowns for me, but I didn't want her to go through it. I wish you well, and hopefully it works out for you. Take your time if you go this route.
I am surprised by now that there is not a market for getting the kit to make just an impression then sending it off to a lab to have them made for you and shipped to your home considering how many millions of people in the UK are now stuck without a dentist. Surely people can sand them ever so slightly if they need a bit of adjustment?
When you say "acrylic beads you must reheat and shape" you mean the material is really polymorph thermoplastic beads right? Acrylic is not adjustable once it's set. I have been using the thermoplastic beads to make my dentures for a year now and it's a constant pain in my butt to have to re create the dentures every few months! The plastic starts to discolor and food gets stuck up under where the wired teeth are and it's gross and a hassle. Please let me know if this is actual acrylic resin that hardens for good or if it's remeltable!

You are perfectly right. What she calls acrylic gum is actually colored polycaprolactone, a thermoplastic that softens at around 60 degrees Celsius. While it is an amazing material that is also sold as 'Polymorph,' it is really no replacement for self- or heat-cured acrylic. Because it is highly flexible, it does not provide sufficient stability for a denture or even a flipper.
Does the pink gum part get soft when its in your mouth after you finish the dentures? Wont the heat of your mouth soften it and then the teeth will come loose
I wore something similar to this before I had the rest of my teeth pulled. You are correct they will soften if things are too hot. You have to eat things that are room temperature. Staining is problem you need to drink through straw. Too avoid that problem I drink glass of pop every day. There was no problem with staining. The only way you get stain resistant dentures. Is from dentist these are to give you your confidence back. Until you can save money for dentures. For me something similar to this but less expensive. Is what I am doing until I have the money saved for better set.
I have had several teeth pulled in the back and had one break off above the gumline. I have a severe painful condition, called RSD or more commonly CRPS. The disease has spread throughout my entire body, and after my last spinal stimulator implant, damaged my spine, even further, the disease has spread into my spine, which makes it so that I cannot tolerate laying on my back, or bending my neck backwards, standing up, or laying on my side for very long periods of time. It has kept me from going in to have this tooth fixed. It is rotten and black. I am concerned that I may get a bad infection, or or worse, lead to death if left untreated. I don't know what to do. Was hoping you may have some suggestions. I have a very difficult time chewing on my back teeth since none of them are lining up properly anymore from having so many pulled over the last several years due to my illness. Please help!
I don’t have issues with my spine. So I found low income dental clinic using Google. The teeth were all pulled because the infection had spread. It destroyed bone in my jaw. I would use Google call charities and dental clinics near you. Maybe there is one that helps disabled people. Get the dentures you need. It has to be pulled. I put mine off for several years and the infection spread. To bone in my jaw. They removed the infected damaged pieces along with my teeth. I hope you find the help you need.
Are the teeth able to be resized? My teeth are not large ,and the color is A3. Is that noted in the order if purchasing the kit? Is there a bite wing to test for proper aligning?
These kits don't come with bite wings. They are for people like me who are desperate to have teeth. Knowing full well of the risk associated with buying them. You need dentures made by dentist. If you are looking for complete alignment of your bite. Paying $100 for full set of dentures. Doesn't get you the quality of dentures from dentist.

I like you had no money I used Google to find dentist to pull the teeth. At low income dental clinic. They charged based on income. Unfortunately they don’t do dentures so no teeth. Because I waited so long. Before having them pulled. It didn’t go well. The teeth were infected the infection spread to bone in my jaw. The infected bone was removed too. There is not enough help for people that need dentures but don’t have money. The reality is this is medical emergency. If that infection would spread to my heart or brain. I would have died. Please find someone to pull the teeth. They are replaceable you are irreplaceable.

Hey , came across your message and figured I’d respond. If you don’t have any teeth that is ok. You would just want to take a mold of your gums and build up a full set. The wired option might be best for that. Or any other kit that has the full rows of teeth already together.

Not sure if you solved your problem by now. IF you didn’t would not recommend if you have loose teeth, you may have gum disease and need professional help. Letting it progress untreated could result in illness and or total tooth loss. At the very least, putting a dental impression over loose teeth may cause them to fall out once removed. Unfortunately I haven't been able to resolve my dental issues and I do have gum disease but, like so many others, I am still on an nhs dentist waiting list and simply can't afford to go private. I fear it seems that it may well be a case of waiting for the loose teeth to fall out before I can use a denture kit?
use Grass Fed Beef Colostrum from ancestral supplement. Is in a capsule, i pour the powder on my gum after brushing, the gum grow in like a week. My gum was so painful at one point that i hv to take pain killer. Read the review before you consider buying.
@@amandahobson2495 I actually solved my gum disease by brushing 3x per day with a mixture of baking soda and peroxide. mix to a paste and brush normally with it. DO NOT SWALLOW.
I know they are I don't have dentures either. But this kit is not something I can afford. I also don't have the skill to place the teeth myself. I went with cheap veneers from Amazon and thermoplastic beads. Hopefully it works I just want to teeth so I am not embarrassed in public. I am able to eat solid food without teeth.

As a denture wearer, I'd recommend spending the extra money and having the dentist do it. You want the best fit possible and these home denture DIY solutions aren't as good. Use this only as a last resort..
I disagree! Many people have professionally made dentures that never fit correctly! Even after costly adjustments! It all depends on how good the lab is!
I've seen a lot of people commenting on these denture kits and really love them. Some of them have had regular dentures and prefer these bc they fit better. It's because the wax part itself can be reheated and remolded so you can really customize them to your liking. Something you can't get with regular dentures. Probably be a good idea to take them out before you drink any hot liquid though, although who knows?
I had this exact same issue with my Dentist! After they took my mould, she accidentally broke the front 2 teeth off of the impression, and just stuck it back on crooked, so they were at an angle and they looked worse than no teeth at all!
the IMpression kit, the yellow cookie dough liquid stuff used to take the shape of the mouth ...... Will that stuff STICK to existing teeth while youre bit down on it ???? I don't think you quite get what you are going to purchase. These are kit the materials in this kit are not coming from dental lab. Things that you want assurances of are not going to happen. Their website states this is novelty item. For people who want to craft dentures. The reason for this statement. Is to avoid being sued. If these teeth injure you. I didn't buy this kit. But I bought some veneers online off Amazon. I had all my teeth pulled in February. So I use just ones for the top. There is warning label on the box. This is not denture. It is not strong enough for chewing food. So if I try eat with them in. I choke to death. They can't be held liable for damages in wrongful death suit. So they are for temporary use. When I go places that is it. So is this temporary use that is all.
It is really expensive. This just beyond my skill level. So I went something else that. Is not strong enough to eat with. But I can wear so I won't be embarrassed not having any teeth.

I can totally relate! It does lower your self confidence when you can’t smile or hide your smile. When people look at you the first thing they notice is your smile. So I can totally understand the makeup thing. It would be so nice to have a big beautiful smile.

They dont do it for you, It is a kit that provides Polymorphic plastic and a casting agent to take your impressions. You will have to do it yourself. There are other companies that do take your impressions via mail and delivers a custom made denture via a dental lab.

Just a word of advice to anyone considering this procedure. The product works and comes close to what it claims. However if you are seeking anything near an acceptable end result this is NOT as easy as it looks. I have only one upper tooth missing (further back) in my mouth. For the reason of it's position it was quite difficult getting a correct and comfortable fit. It took numerous attempts in moulding and remoulding before l was happy with the final result. That however was not the end of the challenge. For the reason that the denture was filling an upper gap (and unfortunately not defying gravity), it would simply fall out. Please don't be fooled (by the video) into thinking that this is an easy solution to filling a gap. The money might be better spent at a professional dental technician. Good luck.
From other RUclips videos have seen pre soaking for 15 mins or so (wipe off quickly with paper towel) or lightly brushing on Vaseline to help the cast plaster mold release. Will still require slow/gentle prying off with device. Hope this helps 🙂
I think professional dentures are made with an injection mould machine that turns the non-tooth area of the denture into a rigid plastic. How does your product compare with that system with regard to strength and durability?
Our DIY Dentures are an immediate solution who cannot afford and access professional dentures by a dentist for various reasons eg. my bed-bound patients and people living with dental anxiety. Having professional dentures done is simply not an option for them because it is too expensive and inaccessible. Our acrylic gum is a thermoplastic which means it is as hard as normal acrylic dentures at body temperature but goes soft at 99 degree Celcius/210 F so that you can shape the acrylic gum to fit teeth in for dentures at your own comfort. This restores their normal eating habits and self confidence

How about the plastic that cures with UV light? They use it on car windshields. Form the denture and leave it out in the sun a day or two and you should be set.

You mean dentist. If you look online the answer to your question. Is available dentist don't think it is wise for you to make your own dentures. You can't check to see if your bite is correct. Which potentially could cause damage to bones in your jaw. They don't have the same bacteria resistance that dentures made by dentist has. Which can cause any sore parts of your gums to get infected. There are places online where you can get dentures made by dental lab. I have been looking into that when I have saved some money. Maybe year or two before I can do that. They cost for full set top and bottom. Between $400-1900. Paying $100 is not going to get you set of dentures. That is same quality in appearance and safety. As from the dentist.

I have been using the thermoplastic beads to make my dentures for a year now and it's a constant pain in my butt to have to re create the dentures every few months! The plastic starts to discolor and food gets stuck up under where the wired teeth are and it's gross and a hassle. Please let me know if this is actual acrylic resin that hardens for good or if it's remeltable!
Acrylic is also thermoplastic, and can be heated, molded, and redone. Polyester, nylon, polypropylene and acrylic are all thermoforming polymers.

You are perfectly right. What she calls acrylic gum is actually colored polycaprolactone, a thermoplastic that softens at around 60 degrees Celsius. While it is an amazing material that is also sold as 'Polymorph,' it is really no replacement for self- or heat-cured acrylic. Because it is highly flexible, it does not provide sufficient stability for a denture or even a flipper.

Does the pink gum part get soft when its in your mouth after you finish the dentures? Wont the heat of your mouth soften it and then the teeth will come loose
you fail to tell people that the acrylic will go soft again if you drink or eat anything warm, and also stain very easily.
I wore something similar to this before I had the rest of my teeth pulled. You are correct they will soften if things are too hot. You have to eat things that are room temperature. Staining is problem you need to drink through straw. Too avoid that problem I drink glass of pop every day. There was no problem with staining. The only way you get stain resistant dentures. Is from dentist these are to give you your confidence back. Until you can save money for dentures. For me something similar to this but less expensive. Is what I am doing until I have the money saved for better set.

I have had several teeth pulled in the back and had one break off above the gumline. I have a severe painful condition, called RSD or more commonly CRPS. The disease has spread throughout my entire body, and after my last spinal stimulator implant, damaged my spine, even further, the disease has spread into my spine, which makes it so that I cannot tolerate laying on my back, or bending my neck backwards, standing up, or laying on my side for very long periods of time. It has kept me from going in to have this tooth fixed. It is rotten and black. I am concerned that I may get a bad infection, or or worse, lead to death if left untreated. I don't know what to do. Was hoping you may have some suggestions. I have a very difficult time chewing on my back teeth since none of them are lining up properly anymore from having so many pulled over the last several years due to my illness. Please help!
I don’t have issues with my spine. So I found low income dental clinic using Google. The teeth were all pulled because the infection had spread. It destroyed bone in my jaw. I would use Google call charities and dental clinics near you. Maybe there is one that helps disabled people. Get the dentures you need. It has to be pulled. I put mine off for several years and the infection spread. To bone in my jaw. They removed the infected damaged pieces along with my teeth. I hope you find the help you need.
Are the teeth able to be resized? My teeth are not large ,and the color is A3. Is that noted in the order if purchasing the kit? Is there a bite wing to test for proper aligning?
These kits don't come with bite wings. They are for people like me who are desperate to have teeth. Knowing full well of the risk associated with buying them. You need dentures made by dentist. If you are looking for complete alignment of your bite. Paying $100 for full set of dentures. Doesn't get you the quality of dentures from dentist.
So it all falls apart when you eat hot foods.

I like you had no money I used Google to find dentist to pull the teeth. At low income dental clinic. They charged based on income. Unfortunately they don’t do dentures so no teeth. Because I waited so long. Before having them pulled. It didn’t go well. The teeth were infected the infection spread to bone in my jaw. The infected bone was removed too. There is not enough help for people that need dentures but don’t have money. The reality is this is medical emergency. If that infection would spread to my heart or brain. I would have died. Please find someone to pull the teeth. They are replaceable you are irreplaceable.

Hey , came across your message and figured I’d respond. If you don’t have any teeth that is ok. You would just want to take a mold of your gums and build up a full set. The wired option might be best for that. Or any other kit that has the full rows of teeth already together.

Not sure if you solved your problem by now. IF you didn’t would not recommend if you have loose teeth, you may have gum disease and need professional help. Letting it progress untreated could result in illness and or total tooth loss. At the very least, putting a dental impression over loose teeth may cause them to fall out once removed. use Grass Fed Beef Colostrum from ancestral supplement. Is in a capsule, i pour the powder on my gum after brushing, the gum grow in like a week. My gum was so painful at one point that i hv to take pain killer. Read the review before you consider buying.

I disagree! Many people have professionally made dentures that never fit correctly! Even after costly adjustments! It all depends on how good the lab is!
I've seen a lot of people commenting on these denture kits and really love them. Some of them have had regular dentures and prefer these bc they fit better. It's because the wax part itself can be reheated and remolded so you can really customize them to your liking. Something you can't get with regular dentures. Probably be a good idea to take them out before you drink any hot liquid though, although who knows?

I had this exact same issue with my Dentist! After they took my mould, she accidentally broke the front 2 teeth off of the impression, and just stuck it back on crooked, so they were at an angle and they looked worse than no teeth at all!
Lil practise goes a long way. In a few attempts you will be better than them 🙂 for you can redo as many times as nec.

I don't think you quite get what you are going to purchase. These are kit the materials in this kit are not coming from dental lab. Things that you want assurances of are not going to happen. Their website states this is novelty item. For people who want to craft dentures. The reason for this statement. Is to avoid being sued. If these teeth injure you. I didn't buy this kit. But I bought some veneers online off Amazon. I had all my teeth pulled in February. So I use just ones for the top. There is warning label on the box. This is not denture. It is not strong enough for chewing food. So if I try eat with them in. I choke to death. They can't be held liable for damages in wrongful death suit. So they are for temporary use. When I go places that is it. So is this temporary use that is all.

every new denture needs adjustments and time to get used to. if u have an ulcer, u can grind that area of the denture with a drimal (acrylic bur).

No need, you can soften the gum and adjust it to your gums by placing it in your mouth.

They dont do it for you, It is a kit that provides Polymorphic plastic and a casting agent to take your impressions. You will have to do it yourself. There are other companies that do take your impressions via mail and delivers a custom made denture via a dental lab.

There is no dentist. You order kit to make your own dentures or partials.
Just a word of advice to anyone considering this procedure. The product works and comes close to what it claims. However if you are seeking anything near an acceptable end result this is NOT as easy as it looks. I have only one upper tooth missing (further back) in my mouth. For the reason of it's position it was quite difficult getting a correct and comfortable fit. It took numerous attempts in moulding and remoulding before l was happy with the final result. That however was not the end of the challenge. For the reason that the denture was filling an upper gap (and unfortunately not defying gravity), it would simply fall out. Please don't be fooled (by the video) into thinking that this is an easy solution to filling a gap. The money might be better spent at a professional dental technician. Good luck.

How to remove away from the molder ?
From other RUclips videos have seen pre soaking for 15 mins or so (wipe off quickly with paper towel) or lightly brushing on Vaseline to help the cast plaster mold release. Will still require slow/gentle prying off with device. Hope this helps 🙂

I think professional dentures are made with an injection mould machine that turns the non-tooth area of the denture into a rigid plastic. How does your product compare with that system with regard to strength and durability?
Our DIY Dentures are an immediate solution who cannot afford and access professional dentures by a dentist for various reasons eg. my bed-bound patients and people living with dental anxiety. Having professional dentures done is simply not an option for them because it is too expensive and inaccessible. Our acrylic gum is a thermoplastic which means it is as hard as normal acrylic dentures at body temperature but goes soft at 99 degree Celcius/210 F so that you can shape the acrylic gum to fit teeth in for dentures at your own comfort. How about the plastic that cures with UV light? They use it on car windshields. Form the denture and leave it out in the sun a day or two and you should be set.

You mean dentist. If you look online the answer to your question. Is available dentist don't think it is wise for you to make your own dentures. You can't check to see if your bite is correct. Which potentially could cause damage to bones in your jaw. They don't have the same bacteria resistance that dentures made by dentist has. Which can cause any sore parts of your gums to get infected. There are places online where you can get dentures made by dental lab. I have been looking into that when I have saved some money. Maybe year or two before I can do that. They cost for full set top and bottom. Between $400-1900. Paying $100 is not going to get you set of dentures. That is same quality in appearance and safety. As from the dentist.
