It's all about the layers...using the cold surface and working quickly so the butter does not melt while working with it, is key! Great job for your first try...Bravo! I use to watch the pastry chef at work making them all the time....love it!

That's easy for me to say with all the behind scenes work you have to put into each vlog, editing etc. But it's always a good end product and enjoyable to watch. Baking, again good to see the different processes involved in baking your croissants but all that effort, energy and patience for 6 of them. You, John and your mum stay safe and healthy
