You forgot include where you clean the espresso part. For those wondering - please turn off the steam function every 30 seconds. This will make the descaler run through the espresso part of the machine. Do it in 30 second intervals for each the espresso part of the machine and the steam wand. ❤
I think this is incorrect. The second descaling round goes only through the espresso part so I don’t think it’s necessary to do 30 second intervals in the first part.
Hi! I am in love with my coffee machine honestly 😍. I would like to know if I need or I can put multipurpose descaler into the water? Or it must to be only water? Thank you!
Hi, I’ve run the descaler cycle but have messed up the steps needed for the rinse cycle and the orange light has gone off. Is there a way I can now initiate a rinse cycle please or can I start the descaling process again (when there is no orange light)? Any advice gratefully received please. Thank you
Hi, Attach the filter holder to the coffee machine. • Place a container under the coffee dispensing spouts and press . • Repeat this process as many times as necessary. Kind regards, Rochelle Smeg UK
I have run the descaler cycle, I can't get the rinse cycle to work. I have turned the machine on/off a few times but without luck. I can get the orange light to flash with the steamer wand turned 90 degree but nothing happens. The main body of the machine also feels very hot
I had a similar issue, but it seemed to be that I didn't put the top back on the water container, as I thought it wasn't worthwhile. It ran OK once I put the top on.

My descaling light still doesn't go off after trying the correct instructions twice. Never had this problem with a Sage Bambino Plus (which is far superior in every way - and cheaper!).
Tried all that - and the online form (which doesn't work) and can't even get the descaling process to start! All looks very easy and clinical on screen, but in real life...

Hello, I followed the instruction, but the second rang od descaling process did not start at all. Anyway the bottom didn't /does not light orange anymore. But after the descaling I am not capable to set the machine into the correct run. Means, coffees are too short and the machine does not react to the manual "prolongation" by holding the bottom A/B. The same problem is with the stream. The machine pups up only tree time (before it regularly pumped during whole the foaming process) and after a few secs the stream stops. So basically I am not capable to use the machines after descaling. I am getting desperate ....

I've got all 3 orange lights on a few days after descaling, anyone know what's wrong or how to fix?
How long does the descaling process take?
Hello,
Thank you for your comment.
It can take up to 10 minutes for the descaling to complete.
