I have a question, how do you know when it is the right timing to start drawing?, I don't know how to describe it but when is the time that the foam starts. I am sorry my English is bad hopefully my Q was clear😭😭🥺
Maybe a dumb question, but in the beginning of pouring, all the milk is mixed in with the espresso so you can't see it. Then, as soon as you start pouring for the art, it magically sits on top so you can see it. What are you doing so that the milk sits on top so you can actually do the art? When I pour, it all just gets mixed in with the espresso and at the very end I just get a blob on top

It's around 10-12sec haha and I have a jug for only steaming.. the silver one. I hope to protect my all jugs :)
Pour milk is for better mixing the foam and milk, it helps when making coffee arts

Why do you pour the milk from pitcher into the other?
My habit 😊
I think it’s called pitcher poring, it’s help to smooth out the milk and get rid of micro bubbles. It’s especially helpful for non dairy milks

I use the jugs separately for steaming milk and drawing art :)

I hope your try pouring me more closer from the surface of the cup,, If you pour milk close on the Espresso, you'll see the flow of the milk !

궁금한게 있어서요~스티밍한 우유를 다른 피처에 담아서 사용하시던데 이유가 있을까요??
그리고 우유는 몇도정도로 데워서 라떼아트하시는지 궁금해요~ 너무 따뜻하게하면 거품이 많이 생겨서 라떼아트가 잘 안되고 ~
우유온도는 65도가 가장 적당한 온도라고 하죠 ~! 저는 아트.스팀용 저그를 따로 사용합니다 :-0 거품이 거칠면 다른 저그로 옮기는게 우유가 조금 더 부드러워지게 하는 팁이기도 해요 !

드실거구 손님을 위한 커피라면 데우세여 ! 저는 영상촬영하려고 만드는 커피라 굳이 데우지는 않았습니다 우유 옮기는 이유는 많지만 일단 제 습관이고 스팀용 아트용 저그를 따로 사용하고있습니다
