I have listen to this clearing several times and it's both powerful and beautiful. I have plenty of full body shivers and tears. Have a little trouble following you sometimes though this is not my first language. I wonder if you can recommend another guided meditation of yours that I can do every day to learn the skills of meditation? Or can I continue with this ?
