Its kinda cool how in Rivals each elements represents something gameplay wise. The air ones are usually good in the air and have multiple jumps; the fire ones are really offensive and deal good damage and knockback and the earth ones manipulate the terrain
When I play Fleet, Zetter feels so rough to go against. He’s fast, his projectile beats all of Fleet’s, shine is crazy, and his Up-B goes through arrows so you gotta rely on disjoints and ledge hogging to edgeguard him
That's exactly how i felt about Fleet. Cool concept and pretty fun to play, but felt very underwhelming compared to some of the others, and she has to work way harder to kill it seems

And water based characters have some of the best ground movement in the game in exchange for very long combo routes and advantage states

It's crazy to be playing Rivals for the first time and the first character you play as fleet is easily her worst matchup
