Gorgeous T4 Ari! Love it. I still haven’t ventured into the 2’s, 3’s or 4’s although the more I see these vintage beauties, the more intrigue sets in. Lol
I saw the screenshot and thought Ari paint game is really going to the top level. Really nice truck. I do love a stadium truck. Ps please take one of your runner losi on your up north track day. I don’t think he has many and may need some old school rivalry as I think he is going to drop a rc10 on the track.
The truck looks amazing and you did get a great deal on it! Looking forward to seeing it on the track (got a good idea of where you are heading and I am a bit jealous!!). Be careful with it and don't mangle up that beautiful body! I follow KG on Instagram and FB, I am blown away on the regular with the amazing paint jobs he does! One of these days I will send one off to him to get painted, I am too cheap to do it and I think I love torturing myself paint all my own stuff! His are 1000% better than anything I could do though so one of these days I'll splurge and do it!
If you're going to run the truck be careful! I bought one new bitd and he was the most brittle car I've ever ran and was constantly breaking arms. If you are going to run it I'd look into getting some rpm arms for it
@@RCRetroRPM or the RTR arms, those carbon parts are fragile unless you’re a pro. Even they broke every time they crashed. I just picked up a T4.2 to play with, love the B4 and T4 before they went mid motor.
It´s a beauty ! Team Associated has super good quality kits. I never liked the body shape though. I was wondering if a better looking (maybe even scale) body could be fitted on this chassis !?
Thanks for the comment. Possibly with the body. Unfortunately I do not know of any different bodies that would fit this. I was fortunate enough to get an original unpainted body with this one and so I'm only familiar with what came with the kit and not anything after market. Sorry.
@@RCRetro Actually it is quite possible to fit a lot of totally different bodies on a certain chassis (e.g. a heavy vintage Nikko body on a Tamiya WT-01 chassis). But it can be a lot of effort to make the DIY body mounts. The DIY scale crawler cars a also a good example of that. I just bought a Tamiya Stadium Thunder 2WD truck (Shelfie) with airbrush body for 170 EUR. That body could also look good on your chassis, I´d guess...
Larry is the man when it comes to paint. Thankfully he’s local to me so he paints all my bodies
That’s one of the nicest paint jobs I’ve ever seen… goes so well with those classic stadium trucks
I have been missing these traditional looking stadium trucks.

Wow that body !! 😮😮
What an awesome truck love it
Looks great. Solid deal 👍🏻

I have my buddy's race t4 truck from factory tracks race team. He took 3rd in sportsman at a national race with it.
Love the T4. I had the original SC10 which is pretty close. I'm currently looking for a B4.
You are going to see Keith rc icons.

Sweet deal you scored! Maybe use a titanium screw kit to dress it up and rid the rusty stock screws. Peroxide turns yellow plastic back to white ;)
Yes I was thinking about getting blue screws...
Would that friend up north be a certain "Keith"... no, that would be too easy. Probably somebody else with his own rc race track..
@@madvente haha perhaps 🤔

@@broccli2007 good to know. Well I plan on running it and I do have spare associated F/R arms for it at the moment. But I’ll look into RPM…thanks

J Concepts made a better looking body back in the day. They are a little hard to find now.
