    I PubSubs! I moved from Lakeland, Fl to KC metro so I don’t have Publix anymore. Hey-Vee is close but not Publix.

    I watched all your past videos which were great. But now you seem to have "gone away" Is it from being burnt out or you are not really do weight watchers any more? I just miss your videos immensley

      Awww. Thanks so much! I'm still here and still putting videos out weekly. I mentioned in a video a couple months ago that I can only commit to about one video a week right now though. RUclips is my side hobby and I just don't have as much time to film and edit like I used to. I have a full-time career that has kept me insanely busy this year. We have A LOT going on and I'm on quite a few committees and work groups this year, and then on the weekends we've been having our grandkids quite often. So, my life is just completely full right now. 💕💕

      I've been really trying to focus on going for walks and getting minutes of exercise rather than how many steps I'm at...and it's been working so well!! Try it! Even a few 10-minute walks throughout the day. 😊

    You're doing amazing with your steps!! Wow!! I'm a new subscriber so I'm not really sure, are these meals meant to maintain your weight on the WW plan, or are you trying to lose weight? Either way, they look yum! 😊

      Hi there, and welcome to the PUH family. Honestly, these meals can be used for losing weight, maintaining, or simply working on health (I believe in everything in moderation). I am currently on weight loss mode. However, I have my app set to lose just an average of 1/2 pound per week at the time. :)

      Thanks so much! Honestly, I've never really been a big fan of cabbage. I think maybe making into cole slaw would be the only way I've eaten it.

    You are soooo right about using cottage cheese as a chip dip! I love salt and pepper kettle chips with cottage cheese! Omg, so addictive!

    love this … well ALL your videos chica! i want to get those wraps next time. i’ve been making egg whites with onion powder and mixing those in this amazing black bean n corn salsa. ohhh my gosh so good. what kind of work do you do? that’s a very long work day.       Thanks so much, my friend!! 🥰 Your egg concoction sounds so good! I need to give it a try!! I'm a manager in our courts criminal division (for 18 years now). Some of that time is drive time though. Even though I'm only about 15 miles from work, it takes me about 40 minutes one way because of traffic and lights! I try to find a motivational podcast to listen to during that time. 😉

      @@PlanningUsHealthy ahhh.. good ol traffic 🤦‍♀️ well the good news is like you said you can listen to some good podcasts great way to use that time. oh last night i made my hubby n i carmel rice cakes, with lilly’s melted choc chips.. with sugar free reddi whip. huge hit!! if anyone is looking for a yummy ooey gooey chocolate le crunchy fix. 😁👍
