That's one thing with doing so many of these trucks and having parts trucks on hand, you can find a lot of the spare parts that you need in your junk yard. For sure, anyone who buys this truck is going to get their money;s worth with all the attention to detail above and beyond what most others would do. If I was in the U.S. and needed a vehicle, I'd be sure to look you up. All the best from Queensland Australia.
nice to see someone else building wrecks like i do. Im from Simcoe Ontario Canada like the attention to detail that you do. Grew up in a body shop since i was about 7 . still doing it. keep up the good work.
For those who don't know, Scott calls it "the land of corruption and rust" instead of "the land of rust and corruption" because corruption does more damage so it goes first.
I understand the corruption all to well, as Utah is a Beta Test of “prepurchased” politicians from the Rockefeller Foundation and George Soros. Oh, By The Way, Utah uses a lot of salt, so we have rust, the same applies here also!
MR SPOOOOTYYYYY❗️ Welcome back to da HOUSE‼️ (Scott’s GMC Sierra Denali HD Emporium) I would TOTALLY buy a vehicle from you, Scott, because unlike anyone else I’ve seen, you do not “fix” or “rebuild” your projects, you actually REMANUFACTURE the vehicles you work on‼️‼️ (in fact, your work comes out better than factory👍👍👍) A True Craftsman👌
Really appreciate talking the time to make these videos showing details of things like the trunk latch repair. For me living in the country it’s such a nuisance to not have my truck for 3 days, and pay someone more than I think it’s worth to perform a small part repair/ replacement. Thanks!
Looks AWESOME!!!! Great job as always! Keep coming with the HD trucks. Hopefully I will be able to buy one off you soon (finally got mine back today LOL)
I'm from Germany and drove a Chevy PU 92 Silverado, Z71 for 22 years. For me it was and is the best car I've ever had. But when I saw the structure of the 2019: I would like it too. But the work you put into it is huge. Actually the car is a new vehicle now! I would grab it and buy it immediately if the transfer prices weren't so expensive. Then the country still wants VAT on the purchase price and a TÜV individual acceptance. I should have emigrated to the USA when I was 18. At 58 and with a family, that's no longer possible. But in the next life I will definitely come to you.
Your attention to detail and going above and beyond is something you don’t see in your industry anymore. Cavity wax etc. i’m surprised that they even want to safety inspect your vehicle’s knowing you rebuilt it. Stay honest and you will be rewarded.
Cordless drill with a socket (can’t remember the size at the moment) works great for lowering and raising the spare quickly when you the need the extra space to work under the rear of the truck.
I enjoy the hell out of your vehicle assembly don't stop until your just unable do it anymore then you sit an point to the afternoon crew how to do it keep the tradition alive
Scott, the very first build of yours that I saw, and the one that made me a fan, was the cab swap. I absolutely love the way you work on these trucks. You do fantastic work. I admire your efforts and your videos are top of the line. I look forward to seeing your Friday video all week long.
I watch you snap plastic parts apart so easily. All I wanted to do was remove the back seats of my CRV. The bolts are covered by plastic covers. So just snap them off to get to the bolts. I pull, tug, pull some more, pry, use various tools, skin my knuckle, finally it pops away a little bit but still requires more pulling and tugging. Took about 15 minutes before it "popped off." I was tired, needed bandaids, and had run out of cuss words. And I still had seven more to do. I was pretty sure I was going to end up needing stiches. Later when I put them back on it was equally as hard to get them to snap back in place. I considered never having those covers over the bolts again but I persevered and got them all back on. Next time however, those covers are in the pile.
I'm from the Gold Coast Australia . I Also do repairable write offs. Every thing is rust proofed with fish oil and the shine is much better then the factory. Every weld i do is tested and the car is inspected by an engineer afterwards. Better then any brand new car!
This channel makes me feel happy to see cars being rebuilt. Makes me wish I can buy a damaged car and fix it up myself in a garage like this. I just wish I was a professional like knowing everything else haha
It always astounded me that they put a ball joint on the pitman arm itself when they could put it on the other component you have to replace anyway. I once destroyed a steering box because the arm had permanently fused itself to the steering shaft. They must have polished both surfaces or something because it had molecular welded itself on there. Even when I cut it into tiny chunks and got it red hot it still wouldn’t budge! And yes I did use all the correct pullers including a heavy duty gear puller and a ten ton press.
New video and great work. You are always distinguished by your work. I am from Iraq and I follow your videos constantly, and I learned a lot from your work. I wish you success. Your constant follower Muhannad
Sweet truck and a super nice rebuild Scott! I moved my feet out of the way when that idler arm hit the floor. I was expecting you to pull a canoe out of that center console! Thanks for an entertaining series!
I installed new struts, transmission fluid and filter, taking half the front end apart to change the transmission lines, brakes and rotors, last weekend and everytime I tightened a bolt with the impact I found myself going click...
The funniest part about your ADD assembly is that you actually have to move the camera around again everytime you start jumping from side to side 😂 love it.
other than watching your geniuses i love the comedy you bring in "so like a game operation we can't let the positive battery terminal touch anything, or we're gonna have a light show" haha that's keeps me glued
Beautiful build, Scott. Incredible camera work; great audio quality. And that is a TON of editing and fades! I'm pretty sure most RUclips watchers have NO IDEA how difficult and time consuming collecting, organizing, "storyboarding" - along with voiceovers and editing - your videos take. I only wish Vehcor was in North Texas instead of "the land of corruption and rust" (and high taxes)...
Another nicely done rebuild! I would not hesitate to buy any vehicle you rebuild. You would cry if you saw my 2008 Miata salvage rebuild. I own it right, price wise and it was low mileage. Amazingly it does drive nice.
Scott efficient & clean rebuild of the Denali! You always do an amazing job & I hope you get the price you want! If I needed a truck I would not be a bit afraid of buying one of your rebuilds! As always I am looking forward to the next video!
my tire is under mine too so i took the handleand cut the end off flat then had a friend drill a hole in the end of it and put in a piece of steel and welded it in and them put threads on it and modified the thing to take a socket so i can put it on my cordless screw driver so i can get the tired down faster
Cool fleet of Dirtnali trucks. Even though I'm in Texas (about an hour from that dealer this one came from), don't have a "need" for this...and I hate car or truck payments. Who knows..maybe there is a build out there soon I will "need" that you do?. Until then...make sure Mr. Spotty gets his act together...poor showing on this one. If I was offered free use of one of these, I'd definitely do that. Enjoy the drive Pizza Girl! And can bring a pizza next time you help out?
I learned so much from this build. thanks. I'm almost temped to rebuild my trunk lock now but I'll lose those springs I'm sure. thanks for the video and hope to see the same great work in the near future.
Wondering if anyone else wants to drive out there and have Vehcor do all the rust preventative stuff he does that I have not seen other shops do in years. :}
I'm surprised GM tailgates still don't have automatic release. On my 2018 Colorado, I added it, probably one of the best 'mods' I could do - now my tailgate locks with the remote - since I have a bed-box with drawers, it keeps those tools nice and locked in place.
Excellent job as usual. It is a nice truck, get another one to repair and let her keep that one(if she really likes it). You can always sell it in a few years. You do make money to live and owning things is living. Just one person's opinion. Besides you might get quicker pizza deliveries!

There are places without rust, but there isn’t one corner of this country free from corruption.

The old V8, live axle, automatic transmission American car is alive and well. It just calls itself a four door pickup truck now.
The station wagon became the minivan which became the 4 door pickup!

I’ve been working as a auto/truck tech for 40 years and it’s great to see you taking pride in what you do by fixing your builds properly.
Nice job as usual. It was good of Mr. Spotty to show up for his pay.
Thanks!
Good to see mr Spotty back on the builds!
That is one gorgeous truck Scott! Magnificent job Scott! The face that built a 1000 trucks! Keep making those faces.

There are two ways of repair a vehicle. The wrong way or your way. Amazing job. Thanks for charing this content. 👍
When those little Christmas trees grow up that's where they get the plastic wood from.
If they are not harvested for trim clips first! lol
HI Scott your commentary is always top notch, so I know I'm on the right channel🏆 I also forget to offer my condolences to your alignment guy 🛠
Sooo satisfying to see a real professional at work! 👍
Scott, when you pulled that tire out of your console, it was hysterical! Thanks for another great video.
I just realized the thumbnail is a Sierra Denali reverse Oreo. Awsome job.👍
👍🏻
Wow that thing is super sharp! Great work.
That truck will bring good money it’s in great shape now.

Now plastic flooring is the added extra you use to cover up the carpet 🤑

Using chrome sockets on impacts I like your style.
An aftermarket company really needs to start making those gear shift end caps. Every Ford and Gm truck has them missing!
Back in the day a good paint man was one who could match the factory orange peel.
