So apparently they can’t take the arrests or calls away from my name but they put a note by everything that says I came in and said none of the calls were for me n she used my name🤯 Set seriously , and back in 94 I was arrested right after I had a baby n transported to another state for something years prior that she did. I don't think there a "stolen identity" crime/charge. Misrepresentation is one (providing wrong identification info to a police officer), and she was charged with it. Identity theft/fraud is a crime, but it involves using somebody else personal information, without permission, for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose, usually some economical gain. Which is here not the case.

It's getting extremely old now, the Fvcking "novelty" has really worn off.... Not that there ever was any!!!! Because that's not what identity theft is. She's committing giving false name or misrepresentation or obstruction, but just giving the wrong name to cops isn't ident theft. That's why they have specific names for the crime.
Identity theft is a different crime, like when someone takes someone else's name and social security number to use their info for, typically, financial gain. She didn't know the social and I don't think she's even smart enough to know how to do that lol What she did is called false identification and could bring charges with it like obstruction or false reporting. And depending on the location, it could be just a misdemeanor to a felony.

Because that's not what identity theft is. She's committing giving false name or misrepresentation or obstruction, but just giving the wrong name to cops isn't ident theft. That's why they have specific names for the crime.
Identity theft is a different crime, like when someone takes someone else's name and social security number to use their info for, typically, financial gain. She didn't know the social and I don't think she's even smart enough to know how to do that lol What she did is called false identification and could bring charges with it like obstruction or false reporting. And depending on the location, it could be just a misdemeanor to a felony.

Trust me, they get WAYYYY worse and way younger. I used to have a dealer when we were both early 20s, and he was into Xanax. The dude was always so zombied out, nodding out, incoherent, no short term memory whatsoever, that you could routinely get him to give you 2 or 3 times the pills you were paying for. Just holding your cash in hand and showing him, he'd hand you the pills but not take the cash because he'd just instantly nod out. Then 30 seconds later you'd go "come on man, give me the shit," and show him the cash again, and he'd go get more out of his pocket completely forgetting about the ones he just handed you hahah. You could do this 2 or 3 times to him and he never caught onto it.
She suffers from extreme malnutrition. My 9 year old daughter is bigger than her.

She merely was a liar and was concealing her identity for reasons to do with 1) committing a hit and run, 2) having a gun on her when the gov’t told her she couldn’t because she is officially declared disabled (she even said she has schizophrenia), and 3) she had warrants for her arrest.
There were no tests or charges for DUI or drug possession, because that had nothing whatsoever to do with this incident or her behavior. Stop spreading nonsense.

That female cop has got some issues with her demeanor, escalating an already messed up situation does not help with a crap attitude. Also, how about get out of the street and figure it out at the station, she's being arrested regardless so it seems kind of stupid to do this there.
We in education call it stepping into the triangle. Triangle of conflict, that girl pulled her in quickly (almost too easy) and lives in the moment of anger.
It could be assumed the officer has also had prior issues with anger management.
The cops are not your daddy. They are not obligated to treat you nice or with kid gloves. It's people like you and your attitude that allows criminals to go free and hurt more people. Shame on you.
