- On May 12, 2024, officers were dispatched to a bar in response to a report of battery and an armed individual. Upon arrival, they found a man lying on the ground. This is footage of the events that followed.
So, both parents drunk while having their kids with them... Disgusting.
My childhood in a nutshell. My parents avoided any of this craziness though. I think a lot of British children were brought up around alcohol consumption in the 70s/80s in the UK.

I visited florida a couple times for a Disney cruise, landed in Miami and stayed for the night. My wife and I kind of wanted to party but didnt want to leave our kids alone in the hotel. 14 and 17....I cant believe these people are going out drinking with toddlers

Actually, §790.151 Fla. Stat. makes it illegal to "use" a firearm while intoxicated and defines "use" as loaded and in one's hand.

Nobody knows how he got gun there but since he most likely didn't go to home before going to bar and he didn't leave it in locked storage in Parliament House when he was there so you can guess where it was "stored".

If you are referring to the bar being responsible for the guy having a gun in there no they're not if you're talking about the children then it depends on if there's food my grandparents took me to a bar when I was little because it was owned by a family friend I used to go all the time as long as the bar is not seating them at the bar if they're sitting at a table then that's perfectly fine it's like if you go to Outback children can't sit up at the bar but they can sit in the restaurant part with the tables

Every cop almost certainly knows to never, ever, take a gun into a bar unless you are there on duty. That means he either didn’t care or thought he was special. And carrying while drunk just means you automatically lose your concealed weapon permit. And that’s retired cop or not.

She asked for someone to take the kids but had attitude with the officer when he tried to hold the little girl for her. And then she stood their ignoring her toddler who was screaming. Objective truths are what would determine what is and what is not bad parenting. A parent's actions and decisions is what would determine who is or is not a bad parent.
Taking your infant children to a place of essential debauchery so that you can get drunk is what is known as being a bad parent. Exposing your children to the behavior shown by both "parents" in this lone video, causes young children to grow up with an impression that such behavior is normal. And that is what is known as bad parenting.
There are objective guidelines which govern the prosecution of all sorts of criminal and civil matters, entirely separate of any and all personal opinions/beliefs. Punishment of bad parents/bad parenting CAN be accomplished without any metaphorical slipping.
Parents simply do not want to be held accountable for the offspring they created. NOT a valid excuse for not making the effort, and surely not a valid excuse to avoid punishment of those deserving punishment.
By the way, my birth giver was extremely violent. Head slammed into window sills violent. Sporting three knife scars to this day sort of violent. Police stormed the house before she could finish my removal sort of violent. I PROMISE ALL PARENTS, corporal punishment is PERFECTLY acceptable under very specific situations.
It does not have to be needed however. In fact, I will be one of the first to admit that good parents almost never have to resort to physical discipline. There are ways to be a good parent without the raising of hands.
