Another use for a "magnets and coins" theme. If you're 2p sorter, eg getting a load from the arcades to separate the bronze from the more modern copper plated steel. A magnet can do it in a fraction of the time.
Great vid again. If coins were magnetic it would be a great way to hold them in Whitman albums.
Good idea Paul
🎵He's strong to the finish, 'cos Paul eats his spinach. It's Coin Patrol the Magnetman!🎶 💪
My arm is still aching and that was 2 years ago 😢🦾
@@CoinPatrol 😂
@@CoinPatrol Are the pound coins the same with Iron? I got a little magnet and its picked up every single coin. Anyway I got the magnet you got on order🍺🍺
@@julianp2868 The centre of a £1 coin is a brass alloy that has been Nickel plated. Nickel is magnetic. So a magnet wouldn't have any problem picking a £1 coin up.
@@CoinPatrol But if it does pick a £1 up it means its Fake? If that is true I have a heck of a lot of them geez wept
Second time of watching, however, that magnet still astonishes me, smart old building too, nicely organised
A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN IT'S PLACE - that's my philosophy Ian 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Exciting update! The presence of Rose number [119] embodies the spirit of collaboration within our creative garden here at Cointales. Let's keep cultivating this shared space together! 🌹🌷🌼 Thank you for being a vital part of it! 😊💖
Just showing off your physical prowess 🤣🤣
just as good the 2nd time around

Great stuff 👍🏻
That was 2 years ago and my arm is still aching 🦾
You can get them for free. Just take apart an old hard disk drive (not SSD).
I enjoyed your efforts. Jamming the steel in the vice could have been easier. As always great to watch. I intend to purchase one asap. Kiwi19 🇳🇿
You could have slid your saw through the slots in the bucket and put magnet on that!
Interesting stuff! 👍✌️🖖
Hi Paul, excellent repeat just like watching normal telly but alot better, great to see how strong the magnet is
Thanks Ian. 📺I'll repeat it every year, then it will be like normal telly
@@CoinPatrol 😂😂😂
Next week a lesson in knots
Always but a piece of plastic or something over the magnet thats a good tip.
hiya mate, i've got a 400kg one i use for magnet fishing and i thing the rope would break before the magnet gives up so i'm very careful when i'm near the car. i've seen people trying to get them off and i'ts not a pretty site 🤦 🤟
400kg I wonder how difficult it would be to prise a 10p off that 🦾
it's a nightmare mate, i've had coins out of the canal and have to use a screwdriver to push them off 😂
Great video Paul. Another diverse vlog from my favorite channel
nice vidéo, thank you for the sharing 🙏
Great Video Paul.
Thanks Phillip
Wish you've showed how coins made from different alloys (bronze, silver, zinc etc.) slide off of it ;)
What a magnet. You may be asking for a hernia😂
I didn't get one, but my arm is still aching 🦾
Great Strong Magnet 🧲 Thanks for sharing Paul 😊
"Copper" Coins are megnit9ic because they no longer have copper
Just put the iron underneath and magnet on top..... no drilling 😂😂😂😂😂
You didn't do physics at school did you 🤣🤣🤣
@@CoinPatrol NO but I do magnet fishing 😉
Magnetics is increase a lot be the outside round it with a small gap
You should have just pushed the saw through the slits you made, & stuck the magnet to the saw.
The saw is made from stainless steel which is 20% chromium. Chromium is not magnetic so it would hold much less than 20kg
No offence intended, but your voice indicated to me that you were at; least 20 years older than your appearance suggests! I was surprised that the magnet lived up to it's advertising hype, unlike so many things on ebay!
I'm 65 Leon
@@CoinPatrol Same here! You certainly don't look it! What's your secret?
A classic 🎉 you should endorse your own 🧲
Cheers 2Cap. Steve in the comments says he has got a 400kg magnet. I wouldn't mind playing with one of those .
