Made one today. I don't have a smaller sentro so I just did a panel and stitched it together for the loop. Thank you so much for this easy to follow tutorial!
I have a question about beanies on the sentro and the addi. If you or anyone in the chats. Which machine makes a bigger beanie? I love the scarf, the loop is a great idea.
The Sentro has 48 pins, which will give you about an inch or two more. In my Addi vs. Sentro comparison video it shows you the difference between the beanies, and I show you examples. Your tension will also add to that. Enjoy!
Any special reason to not use the panel setting? Might be my misunderstanding as the last scarf I made was by hand and decades ago in school, but I thought that is what a scarf basically is. Seen a few vids by different creators now and all have used the tubular setting on their Addi or Sentros. The thickness of the scarf maybe? Would love if you could clear that up, preferably before I find out the hard way with my first project on one of these machines 😅
For scarfs, I prefer the tubular setting for two reasons. First, the thickness of a double layer gives you much better warmth for a scarf. My second reason is for speed. I find that using the tubular settings is much faster than the panel. A medium weight (#4 yarn) will give you great results. Have fun making you scarf! ❤️

Can I make a cardigan using this knitting mashine
Yes you can make panels and the piece then together
Love the scarf, I don't have the small machine, how can l make that part,any suggestions, thanks 😊
You can crochet it or use the panel setting with the stoppers. Then, just use the mattress stitch to create the small tube.
@GiftsHQ thank you 😊
Do you have a video to do that fancy edge of the scarf?
Yes, for the edge, I used a double crochet, and you should be able to find that video under my channel
Where did you get yarn bholder
I have the link to the yarn holder in the video description below. It is one of my favorite items!
It thst48 pin
The addi has 46 pins, but you can also make this on the Sentro 48 pin machine. Have fun!
