Swearing when you make a mistake? Stomping off? Just kidding. For myself, regardless of mistakes, don't bore me and don't make your performance an apology for lack of preparation. I love your vlog. It stimulates me to get better and think about things I might overlook. Thank you😘
Great observations. I agree when playing ensemble, it should be together in sound, appearance and gesture. Otherwise, just do the numbers separately and stop sharing the stage with dead weight. As for stopping at mistakes...I know! I'm working on stopping the gasping, returning to "fix it", and making a huge gap that loses the audience because the player got lost. I think they are more forgiving when you keep going, and indeed, the mistake becomes a thing of the past when the rest is played nicely.
Sounds like they could’ve been coordinating their breathing etc as well. I agree with you in that it’s very easy to tell those groups who listen to each other and feed off of one another’s parts. Those are the BEST performances. Maybe it was a young (newer group) and they hadn’t had much time to do these things?
Not so much a mistake but the concert last month was sweaty hands... everyone performing was sweaty. Trying to discreetly hold hands away from body when resting to lessen. Very annoying.
What's YOUR opinion on the worst mistake you can make? Interested to know!!!

Yes newborn group, but still all professionals.... They should have done a better job😊
The other one is when you make an awful face gesture if you make a mistake ... just keep smiling ;)
