That's a good point about the "Do you want to stop?" voice breaking the 4th wall. I hadn't thought of it like that, but the point in the movie where it's spoken is perfectly placed.
Yes, the final act takes things to a whole different level. Yes, it's imbalanced (pun included) with the first two acts. Gross, crazy, and trippy. But I still liked it. To me, it finds its own way of fitting in with the overall story.
