I agree! I enjoyed both movies but there was something that just made rocketman so special! Taron is just incredible and the fact that Elton was so involved in the making of the movie makes it so much better! My favorite movie!! I also think that taron probably would have at least gotten nominated if rami wouldn't have won the previous year. I feel like they didn't want to have an actor from a biopic win 2 years in a row. At least taron received a golden globe!!

Both Taron and Rami deserved to win the Oscar in their respective years. Rocketman was all around brilliant. Rami was brilliant in a film that was just OK. Without Rami, Bohemian Rhapsody wouldn't have been worth watching. I agree with Eni Neu, the Academy might not have wanted to give an Oscar to two Actors playing real people, back to back. But they did give an Oscar to Rene Zellweger for Judy, and she was just terrible.

I am LONGING for the day when Graham gets his couch back. The separation between the guests seems to make it difficult to capture the togetherness and camaraderie that so often develops on that couch. Graham is forced to move from guest to guest rather than allowing the chat to move a bit more freely. The show is still good, but it's not the couch.
I'm afraid that's plastic surgery/botox at work. sadly a lot of women over the age of 35 must undergo such treatments in order to stay 'young' enough for Hollywood.

She didn't choose a good surgeon to gave her a natural look (think Cher or Sharon Osbourne, both of whom look natural and fabulous at their mature ages). Instead Courtney made the same mistake Nicole Kidman did. Both of them have that weird wrinkle when they smile around the nose and their faces look unnatural, weirdly forced when they try to smile. Isn't that counterproductive for actors? one would think so....
