haven't seen SMG on screen for many years let alone a talk show, and she didn't skip a beat here... she owned the sofa.

There's some chemistry between SMG and MNS. The "middle schooler meets the cool girl"-moment was cute, really!😍

M Night Shyamalan is a true gentleman and a strange guy at the same time. The way he respectfully looked at Rob Beckett during the entire show was like watching him thinking - how can I make a movie for this guy to be in? It was like a geek watching the cool kids. That's why I love the GNS as you get to see this different side than the usually hollywood interviews.
I could feel how M. Night felt when he started started talking about SMG being the "epitome of cool". Such a sincere moment between the two of them.
Every time I think "yeah, i don't really like most of those people" and watch it anyway, it's always like the best thing I've ever seen. The consistency is amazing

Graham Norton does a great job making the various star guests comfortable, interacting with him and each other. I haven't seen a better chat show host.

I was dying laughing at that moment. No one was expecting that. The way MNS described the premise didn;t sound like that's where it would end.

M Night Shyamalan constantly being the only one looking directly at the camera. lol. so adorable.
Whether he goes through a series of "flops" and critics shred him, M. Knight Shyamalan survives to make more and more films, he's never deterred and watching him here I can see why. He is a passionate movie maker and is extremely intelligent in his craft. He is movie making and movie making is him. I'm quite inspired hearing him speak with such intelligence and passion about films.
He's Indian but he doesn't introduce his own people to Hollywood
@@MusondaV he's not stupid either. He referenced what his father told him to put white people in his movies to be successful and he's not wrong. It's unfortunate but that's what reality is.
He makes the movies he wants to watch. I give him that. He produces art that produced him.
He is brilliant. I love his movies
@@MusondaV Blending into white culture is something brown people can legit do...and he cast himself in Lady in the Shitwater, which is a bad movie, but he still did...come on, now; understand Brown Identity...we are objectively unique from all the other non-white groups

I used to do the same as a younger person. I would see anything on the tv and in my mind I was choosing different camera shots and editing it all differently. Its like a learning lesson!

I really liked M Knight Shayamalan's approach to films and his life. I find it so hard to reconcile his thoughtfulness and evident joy of the craft with the disaster that was Avatar, but it makes me want to explore his work again!

In his latest movies he advertises fanatics behaviour and religious bigotry making it possible to sacrifice people for the “greater good”
If it was a satire i would say …ok.
But sadly that is the real message of that movie, i really was in shock by the rottening message it spreads.
