A fire alarm will beep like that when the batteries need to be changed :) ....even if you take the battery out it should have an internal backup battery (at least most do)

Cooking tip - cut chicken with kitchen shears rather than a knife and a cutting board! I find that it’s hard to actually properly clean the grooves in a cutting board and get all the chicken totally cleaned off. Kitchen shears make it SOOOO easy to just hold the chicken, and snip snip snip right into the pan!

Water won't actually break your fast. The coffee she is having will though. I have black coffee with 0g carb creamer and my fast will last until I eat something around 11am.
I always drink a whole bottle of water before drinking alcohol or an energy drink , they are both diruetics so they will dehydrate you, so it's a good thing to get hydrated first
The water probably helps avoid dehydration from coffee! Also, it’s funny that you mentioned not liking that brand because I didn’t either and thought maybe it was just me since so many influencers seem to like it 😂

Apparently - according to my best friend Google .. lol ... drinking a glass of water before coffee tends to jumpstart your system and also aides with hydration, digestion and metabolism :) But thanks for that bit of information as I didn't know that before watching this vid. Now I'll be drinking that glass of water before my morning coffee!
Coffee is a natural diuretic and so it makes you loose more water. That’s why they always say have a glass of water with it because coffee won’t do a very good job hydrating you.

You just need to change the battery in your smoke detector. They take a 9 volt battery. You should change it every 6 months when we change the clocks for daylight savings. Because your in an apartment, it is probably hard wired so it will keep beeping until you put a good battery back in it. And just and FYI, your neighbors can probably hear it so you might want to do that soon. The guy above me let his go off like that for several days and it was very annoying. Especially at night. 😳
