First exercise I incorporate in my workout routine three to four times per week. One hundred reps at four sets of twenty five. 😎

The science varies. Some research shows that HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is more effective. Long cardio makes your heart efficient. Short, intense cardio (HIIT) gives your heart strength and extra reserve capacity. I'm doing these routines at a faster pace with hand weights several times per day and they're awesome for full-body conditioning, IMO. I don't like exercising, but with these routines, I have no excuse: I can do anything for 5 minutes!

Keep in mind the video just shows you how to do the exercise properly and not the pace you should go. You are supposed to do as many as you can by really pushing yourself in the time allowed.

As an actual heart patient impacted by scleraderma movement with upper shoulder presses, Legs: hip flexor, and quads and hamstrings exercises are important to add in as they serve dual purpose in heart patients.
Like how rows are cario and strengthening.

To get your max rate (220-age), you need to do it at least 20 minutes non stop. I did it and put myself on a timer with 3 pounds weight.

Yes, but we must start somewhere and 20 minutes is not it. FIVE minutes is. Once that becomes embarrassingly easy, add 2.5 minutes.
      Wash, rinse, repeat.
We must all learn patience and develop our skills slowly. Fitness is a skill.
