Thanks for making this compilation! It's nice to see which characters were given new (and more faithful) victory animations, like Wario and DIddy Kong. I'm pretty sure in the most recent version of Project Plus, Sonic says "Knuckles! You're late!" in one of his victory poses, if he wins a fight against Knuckles.
Here is where i futilely try to explain the origins of the victory poses of the characters. If you can find a reference that i missed, feel free to comment it and i will put it in here. Wario's second pose is a reference completing a level in Wario Land: Shake It -Yoshi's Peace Sign pose is a reference to when he eats 30 fruits in Yoshi's Story. -DK's Arm Swing is a Reference to when he sucessfully completes a Bonus stage/beats a boss in Donkey Kong Country. -The end of Diddy's Jetpack pose is a reference when he sucessfully completes a Bonus stage/beats a boss in Donkey Kong Country. -The BeatBox pose is a reference when Diddy completes a level in Donkey Kong Country 2. - The end of the last pose of Fox is a reference to an ArtWork of StarFox 64. -Link's first pose is a reference to when he unlocks a new skill in Twilight Princess. -In Toon Link's first 2 poses, a Pig appears directly from The Wind Waker, Catching him in the second pose, then doing the exact pose he does after doing so in the original game. -On the final pose he uses the Wind Waker, an Instrument that controls the Wind, Link swings it and (apperently) changes the wind, then a sound effect happens, which is the same as in The Wind Waker. -Zelda's second pose is her closing her hands together and making a praying sign, which is a very common pose that she does in the Zelda games. -Ganondorf's first pose is a reference to the cutscene before his fight in Ocarina of Time, but without his Triforce of Power in his hand. - Ganon's second pose where he crosses his arms is something that Ganondorf is known to do. -Charizard's second pose is a reference to Ash 's Charizard in the Pokémon Anime, where in the first seasons, He would desobey Ash by Leaning on the ground and being lazy. -Samus' second pose after she shoots is the same pose in Metroid 2 Return of Samus' cover art. -In Lucas' last pose, he pulls one of the Seven Needles, the objective in the latter half of Mother 3. -In all of the 3 Victory poses for Kirby, he does different dances, which is a staple of the Kirby series of after Kirby beats a level/boss, he dances, which started in the first game, Kirby's Dream Land. -The Ice Climbers' last pose is a reference to when they succesfully climb up a mountain in Ice Climber on NES. -Sonic's second pose is an iconic pose that he does when getting an S rank in Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) -The end of Knuckles' second pose is a reference to an ArtWork of Sonic Advance 2 Now i get it how the guys who have really long comments feel like.
