The ML is one of the better actors in these mini dramas. He has screen presence for any role he plays. He has a very calm demeanor, which, i think is natural to his off screen personality. He can be paired with anyone. He dresses up well and very convincing in his role playing. There are others who cannot even act.

Why did this idiot FL divorce ML to begin with, starting this entire mess? I can't say anything bad about ML except he was stupid to get drunk. Other than that he was perfect and damn smart! I love smart MLs. FL had her good points - she believed him about the so-called 'pregnancy' and she assisted in defeating the villains. However, she was dumb at times 1) divorced him; 2) left him in the hotel room drunk and apparently didn't lock the door (I guess random people can walk in and out of your hotel room in China without a key 🙄) and 3) not go to him when the baddies kidnapped mom. Instead she chose to betray him. Other than FL's weak points, it was an enjoyable drama because ML was so smart and the villains were defeated pretty quickly. His assistant, like most assistants, added humor.
