2nd time I'm watching Yao Guanyu's drama and i love his acting. He does cool, arrogant, smitten, playful and seductive really well. I hope that's his real voice because his low tone and whispers give me butterflies! The script in the 2 movies i watched are great. I hope all his dramas are!

Anyone complaining about FL being selfish is just used to watching spineless damsel-always-in-distress FLs of C-shorts that just fall in love with zero caution. FL is cautious because ML has a playboy reputation, not to mention she is a mature lady with a backbone who also knows when to ask for and receive help, and when to handle shit herself. If you can't understand this concept, this drama is not for you. that being said, at this point 2:54:01 i wish she will see that he actually likes her, and not playing with her. Whew 🤧 its a happy ending. There chemistry is literally volcanic. Sheesh
I don't agree with you. 1- She knew for a long time that it was only rumours. 2- When he left, she started calling playboys to her home, and she wanted to have sex with them. 3- When the scandel came out, she refused the help offered by her childhood friend, and she asked the ML for a deal. Why? Because if she accepts her childhood friend offer, she won't be able to be his good friend anymore. Why shall ML do her a favour when she has never done anything good for him? 4- After making the deal, he clearly showed her his good intentions to be her future husband, but again, she only used him to vent her anger, like when she hugged him in front of her enemy and wore the ring too 5- When her grandma asked her to choose between the company and him, she was super clear about it and simply ended the deal, she was very comfortable to end the deal and pay a huge penalty rather than completing a ONE YEAR deal, she doesn't want to be with him for one more second. In the end, she has done nothing for him, never she made herself a worthy for him, any other man would left her very soon, TBH the moment she call men to her home made her not trustworthy.

And yes, she didn't want to entangle herself with 2ML because he at least made his intentions very clear, knowing that and still getting entangled with him would make her a horrible person. Every time 2ndML confessed to her, which he did a couple of times, btw, she straightened him out immediately without delay on what the boundaries of their relationship were. What of our ML? He never asked her out or confessed his feelings and intentions to her, and even when he did, he made it into a contract. He just assumed that she should know his intentions and respond accordingly? What happened to man-ing up and telling her that he liked her and would want them to be in a serious relationship. Yes, he showed her special attention, but that is not a confession. Fl did not assume a relationship that the ML didn't make clear, and that is very logical. For someone with such a reputation, it's safe for her to assume that they are in a friends-with-benefits type of relationship. She didn't deny her physical attraction to ML, but emotional entanglement is a different ball game and mind you, most of the things ML did for her, he did of his own accord, yes she did asked for help a couple of times, which I mentioned in my first comment that she knows when to ask for and receive help and when to handle things herself. Also, about the choice between ML and her company, as far as I am concerned, that wasn't even a choice, I wouldn't have chosen ML either, after I have literally worked my whole life just to get the chance to inherit the company, that is not being romantic, that's being foolish. So, in my opinion, FL was not selfish. She was cautious, and for me, that was more realistic and expected for a woman of her stature and ability. She's not a sheltered daddy's girl. She's a hustler.

Her grandmother made her the way she was--unable to trust anyone and to also want to be the one in charge so no one could ever "lock her up" again. However, the ironic thing is, she was still forever under the grandma's thumb. I love the ML's easygoing nature with her and his willingness to compromise. He understood her enough to be whatever she needed because he loved her so much. She, however, didn't understand that she was heading toward a life like her grandma and would also be forever locked up emotionally. Her treatment of the ML was ruthless, callous and kind of sad, but she also couldn't resist him. She acted like the ML CEO of other dramas LOL and so that was the refreshing element. The ML brought some fun in her life and she failed to see it even though everyone around her saw that she and the ML were an item. In the end, her declaration of love was very matter-of-fact, just like her nature. I personally did not like the ending because the ML gave up so much, including all those compromises to the grandma. The FL was such a capable person--SHE DID NOT NEED HER GRANDMA'S APPROVAL TO SUCCEED. The ML was powerful enough to help her, so if she were that damn ambitious, she could just marry the ML and be successful that way (plus the love, the bed benefits and all the fun bickering). So that last part wasn't to my liking at all. TADA, my two pennies.

I have to say, I usually can’t stand the “make her jealous” plot line (why would you do that to someone you care about? 🙄), but they actually did it extremely well here. After all the times he put himself out there for her (and I did understand where she was coming from - until the end, when it was just too much), and how hurt he was the last time, I didn’t really see it as testing her feelings. Honestly, it seemed more like self preservation for him at that point, rather than just trying to get a reaction from her. His “fiancée” was like a buffer to help keep him from getting right back into their spiral, that was starting to give signs of becoming toxic (no matter how smoking hot the kisses were! 😉). And I was 100% okay with that by then. I was so impressed that he didn’t let her push him away. Time after time after time, and while he would give her room, he wouldn’t give up on her. I would think- this is it. This is what drives him away. But luckily he’s a bit twisted and he either viewed her actions as “see, she likes me 😏” or with patience. He had more than proven himself to me by then, so I couldn’t begrudge him for his charade in the end. And best of all, it was very short lived! 😜

Overall, I quite liked it! A strong, confident FL met her match in a man who was not only the same, but he valued and supported her as an equal instead of as a savior (which we very rarely see). Throw in smoking hot kisses and chemistry with an EXTREMELY attractive man 🤭, and it was a very enjoyable experience! 😜

Good drama - we actually saw the progression of a relationship rather than bullying, endless trash talk, endless scheming wenches trying to get in ML's bed, etc. FL was one tough cookie and ML was the man who loved her and who was hurt by her over and over again bc she was one tough cookie and would not allow herself to love him. Grandma was a piece of work - old bat - and forced FL to hurt ML once again. This man was relentless in his pursuit and in the forgiveness he extended to FL. A bit of a surprise as to who the final villain was. Nice to see a dude playing the role of psycho chick - he asked all the same questions too! 🤣 I give this a four heart rating although FL could be frustrating because she was so good at suppressing her true feelings. 🥰🥰🥰🥰The zebra suit was hideous - way too big for her and visually ugly. Only zebras should wear zebra skin. Some missing subtitles in critical areas so you have no idea want they're saying to each other when you really want to know what they're saying!

Omg! The rich man is attracted to her right from the start , wanting to help her, not angry that his intimate picture gets posted on the screen. Yao is a good actor, his eyes are mesmerizing. Who is the beautiful actress? She is so captivating and sexy.
I like the innovative idea, the role reversal thing. But the scriptwriter took the cold female CEO to the point that she got really annoyingly selfish. The plot is great, but the FL could tone down a little on her selfishness. The FL's acting is also good, and of course Yao Guan Yu's acting never disappoints. 看了開頭，突然覺得王藝陽來演很適合
看了姚冠宇幾齣戲，發現他演技不錯有魅力，能把戲演活
剧好看，推荐！男主姚冠宇（顾席）演绎细腻，内心戏很好，把一个痞帅、心机深沉、精明的商人，从对女主的占有欲慢慢变得爱而必得，男主护她爱她的人设演得丝丝入扣。女主张艺霖（祝曼）漂亮，独立自信、睚眦必报、凡事只有利益交换的大女人演绎得真实自然。两个人的CP好好磕。其他演员演出落力，俞斯年、祝辰、徐琳、特助都是好戏之人。这套剧妆造、服道化很好。编剧、导演下心思了，人物、剧情的铺陈、剧情节奏紧凑流畅、没有嘴炮。可惜不是原声。

Grandma was a piece of work - old bat - and forced FL to hurt ML once again. This man was relentless in his pursuit and in the forgiveness he extended to FL. A bit of a surprise as to who the final villain was. Nice to see a dude playing the role of psycho chick - he asked all the same questions too! 🤣 I give this a four heart rating although FL could be frustrating because she was so good at suppressing her true feelings. 🥰🥰🥰🥰The zebra suit was hideous - way too big for her and visually ugly. Only zebras should wear zebra skin. Some missing subtitles in critical areas so you have no idea want they're saying to each other when you really want to know what they're saying!
She is so self righteous 😮😮and at least ml love her ,but she didn't love him but in a relationship with him but she calls him a playboy is a big too much 😮😮

I like the innovative idea, the role reversal thing. But the scriptwriter took the cold female CEO to the point that she got really annoyingly selfish. The plot is great, but the FL could tone down a little on her selfishness. The FL's acting is also good, and of course Yao Guan Yu's acting never disappoints. He always delivers his roles 'deliciously' 😉
