Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by Samin Nosrat was the book/doc that got me really into cooking. And the beautiful illustrations are also a big plus!

actually in catalonia, where allioli is from (not aioli) we use olive oil! and the word means garlic (all) and oil (oil) so there's no need to call it garlic allioli :)

how do u have enough motivation to cook so often. i just moved out and that’s my biggest struggle 😭
the kitchen is my happy place and i love food so much that i'm pretty much always excited to cook something up! it's also greatly improved my mental health, anytime i'm anxious or just having a bad day i get in the kitchen and it forces me to be present

hey Maddi I was wondering if there was a possibility that you made time stamps of when you're showing meat? I know your videos are mostly about cooking and that's a big part of it, but I'm vegan and sometimes it's a bit disturbing to watch personally. So maybe just some little info in the description for people who love your vids and want to still enjoy watching them without having to watch meat? I know it's more effort for you but maybe you could consider
