Like this dude is literally shredding his vocal chords but he sounds fucking amazing i have listened to a lot of deathcore bands and ever since Chelsea Grin went and got soft like a old white dude with masculinity problems and almost every other band isnt even worth the air they breath TAIM vocals are just ripping eardrums and taking girls virginity lets give the dude some credit

Honestly Carnifex isn't one of my preferred bands. Whitechapel was the way to go for me, but after the Whitechapel album I lost interest. Like metal in general has let me down these last couple years.

i'm also more into old school death metal, but i have to say that these guys are quite interesting, cause to me they know how to create a dark atmosphere within their sound - similar to Whitechapels new Album, wich i also thought was pretty good.
of course, the legendary death metal bands, such as Death, Entombed, Dismember, Grave, Cannibal Corpse, etc. will never be topped, but i always try to at least give modern bands a chance, and in this case here i actually like it pretty much...

I play drums in a metal band and while I admit they are very good, we have come to a point where this style is becoming over played...I can name several bands that have such a similar sound the genre is becoming clouded. We need a new Shai Hulud to really bring a new idea in metal. Danza III was getting there....

Seriously, bro. Most people don't admit to that, but it really is a very interesting and entertaining style of music. They just make it really fun to listen to. I think the approach is less serious than it is in a lot of traditional death metal, but, on the other hand, it hits with such intensity that it sounds a lot more driven than other types of metal, (if that doesn't sound contradictory) and definitely a lot more driven than any other genre, but hey, that would just be my opinion.
absolutely loving these bands out of Australia.
perfect mixing/mastering. the instruments are all equally heard, the bass gives it the deepness and punch, the guitars have the lead and rhythm and yo can hear them separately and equally the drums are recognizable, meaning that you can tell what drums he is hitting and the beat is always there. Don't even get me started on the vocals though, they aren't too quiet or too loud, just right and the guy is amazing, although he could do highs more to give it more variety
