We're all about tough old 4WDs, and in this issue we put our money where our mouths are! Join Graham, Shauno and Brenno as they head for Tassie’s southern-most low-range tracks in a Zook that didn’t cost them a cent!
It’s laugh-a-minute fun as the boys throw themselves at every bog-hole and rut they can find, and stumble across some absolutely incredible camping along the way. Lucky Brenno’s got the big GU along for the trip, as it doesn’t always end well for the Zook, either.
All we’ll say, is the boys are glad the little Sierra has no carpet, and big drain holes! The rest of the trip? You’ll have to watch to find out. 4WD Action TV - the only off-road show that’s more comfortable in a rusty old wreck than any other 4WD.

I remember watching y'all growing up (born in 1994) either it was the speed channel or local tv station but every Sunday much like speed channel they would have truck and mechanical Sunday. Where it was 4x4, working on cars, and straight any thing with wheels. But they must have bought your DVDs and played them cause I remember watching TV and 4wd action would come on. I love y'all blokes. Best videos and best beers. Can't wait to see the new videos coming. How good, from USA sending much luck. 💯

Funny story behind the strick '40'kpmh beach speed limit, I was more or less hauling ass up and down the beach unaware of the speed limit, the ranger came up to me and gave me what for and nearly kicked me off bruny, obvously mentioned it to the 4wd action lads. All that being said, absolute ripper of a spot, and was great meeting the boys at 4wd action. Also dont be idoit like myself and hoon down the prestine beaches that we are fortunate enough to explore!

Shaun and Graham reminiscing about their first basic 4X4 s reminded me of mine. A 1981 CJ5 on 31's, no power steering, once I replaced the AMC 2 piece rear axles with Yukon axles it was a little beast. 258ci. Straight 6, 4 speed, I could pull off crazy tight lines even YJ wranglers had trouble with it was so short. But steep inclines was scary as hell tho

I used to have a 94 Suzuki Samurai (basically what you were driving here, but mine was dark blue) 1.3 8 valve with a 5 speed and even with all season tires that little sumunna betch would go ANYWHERE. I've climbed quite a few hills, quite a few rocks, and up crazy hills here in Western Pennsylvania that most all 4wd trucks would've never tried. That was such an awesome little 4x4.

This reminds me of a late winter Ice climbing trip in a friends sidekick. Drove in, in the morning, on snowmobile trails. Sun came out in the afternoon and softened the snow. Suzi being just a bit wider than the skis on a snowmobile kept sliding off the packed snow into the sun softened snow. Two of us basically walked for 7 km behind the suzi to push when it got stuck.

I got into them because my 81 Toyota got stuck in a pond/swamp.. and a sammy was literally driving circles around me on stock tires with water going over it's doors .. I had one in under a month. The first one I just did an axle flip and 31s ... The last one I put a mustang motor and trans in on 9&1/2 inches of lift with bfg 35 - 12.50 MT KOs on directional wheels (coulda gone bigger but that was about perfect) I chopped the hinges so the doors popped off and ran a 2piece top.. custom bumpers etc... Everybody tried to buy that one 🤣

I had a 96’ jx Suzuki vitara it went everywhere all the big guys went and took a beating. It was a great car, stock as rock just exhaust and bit of distributor advancing. 😂 just road tyres as well, i miss it after watching this video.
