@Tadpaonas be closer with nature, it really balances out the chemicals in your brain, also try out CBD if you have anxiety or something, you could also try meditating, it can help you with some aspects of your life but you really need to find out what works best for you to have a peaceful life
@Tadpaonas ah I see, I wanted to add that you should find some hobby that suits you, maybe working with wood or start riding a bicycle, or even adopt a pet like a dog for emotional support and also because then you will have to take it for a walk and movement is always good for your brain, I struggled with lots drug addictions except alcohol, CBD helped me with staying away from them and my dog keeps me happy and active, all these things could help but I would suggest you to see a therapist to give you professional help and advice, if you keep fighting you will eventually be free from this problem
