- I tested the most popular crypto tax software solutions to try to find the best one. After hours of testing and over $1000 spent, I shared my favorite crypto tax software and the one I personally ended up using.

*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: None of this is meant to be taken as any form of investment advice, it's just me sharing my journey to a million and taking about what I'm up to and the strategies and tactics I'm using to try to get there. I am almost always talking about tokens that I myself own and obviously have a bias toward seeing them appricate in value.
Do your own research always! I'm a normal guy who makes mistakes and has made plenty so far during this journey. So choosing to blindly copy what I'm doing isn't going to lead you to just making a ton of money. I've had investments where I've lost EVERYTHING. I don't just say do your own research as a legal covering but because you really need to do your own research and make your own call. If you don't understand what you're investing in you can lose A LOT of money! Especially in crypto which is super super risky. A lot of the projects I like to jump in are really small crypto projects which make them even more insane risky. Past performance doesn't mean the project will do the same thing in the future, no one can predict the future and what will happen next. I'm pretty passionate about this, I am by no means a professional investor. I'm on my journey to a million dollars, I don't even have the experience to have made a million dollars. All this is to share my journey because I believe there is value in watching me both succeed and fail. It's my story I'm sharing with all of you, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and don't just blindly copy me😄
Also all of this info might be accurate at the time of me recording and posting but in the future things could change. Especially in crypto things change fast, so just be aware of that. Thanks!

Finally! I can't say enough about this. No one wants to talk about this subject. I ate this up. Software is an absolute must with bot trading due to the shear numbers. I actually pass on non main stream opportunities because I think how am I ever going to report taxes on this and how many hours will I spend gathering that info thinking that juice is not worth the squeeze. This was invaluable. All my taxes are done except crypto lol... I have used Koinly in the past, now...

What if you don't use exchanges and you only buy crypto on your trezor? I I just add the wallet address and it would calculate the taxes from the transaction history.? Do I have to physically connect the wallet to my computer to do this?
Awaken was a massive pain. Could not figure out how to add my personal wallet such metamask or trust wallet

The problem with awaken is that it does not support APIS, you have to upload cvs files, I do really like the interface tho.
Pro tip: If you don't file your taxes you don't lose a cent, In the worst-case scenario, you get caught and if you continue to refuse, then you go to jail, thus you don't lose a single cent.

word of advice dont listen to a single thing from this shiller .. lost my savings last cycle listening to this shiller ..

I'm sorry you lost money. This is why in every single video I make a HUGE point about doing your own research and having a strategy. I would never tell someone to stick all their savings into a single token. I stick around .5% or less of my portfolio into risky plays. Because risky plays are risky. They fail often. Even my high conviction plays are like 1% to 5% max of my overall portfolio.
I've said many times on this channel I expect 6 out of ten investments to fail, you make the money back on the other 4 and really the majority from 1 or 2.
What token are you referring to? Also what can I do to make these things clearer?

knowing what i know now i woulndt have lost all that money
but i dint at the time .. and you werent as forthcoming as you could have been ; you can shill the project but explain that it had a massive inflation and that ultimately that project was doomed to fail 100% given that the premise was ridiculously unsustainable
i dint know that at the time ; i was new in the space and made some gains then made some losses
the point is .. there was a massive risk to that project and it became obvious in the month after i made my investment .
it was a pyramid scheme , lets be fair about it . that you did not disclose
anyway ..whats done is done ; hopefully since then and in the future you wont shill pump and dump/pyramid schemes , without a fair warning
Thanks for replying. As far as Titano goes here's some background:
-I invested before ever making a video and had $3000 turn into $60,000
-I held for 6 months after making a video on it (so no pump and dump, I was in it for the long run)
-As far as the inflation goes, everyone knew it has 100,000% apy. It was clearly shown on their website. I didn't think the project was doomed to fail when I got in. Many other projects had bootstrapped liquidity by offering an initially high APY but then lowering the APY to something much more realistic once they'd attracted enough liquidity. This rewards early investors and had previously worked great.
It was later down the line that I learned the team had zero intention to ever lower the APY. As soon as I learned of this I sold and made a video explaining why I sold and the why it would collapse due this issue. I was attacked with death threats for this video, everyone said I was "fuding the project" and then laughed at me when the price doubled over the next 2 weeks. Ultimately I was right however as the project did eventually collapse.
-As far as the risk I had a minute straight in every video talking about how risky the project was, and how anyone that wanted to jump in should do their own research and make sure they understood it before jumping in.
