My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience

I'm actually thinking 2026 might be possible too. I think the halving cycle might be a red herring of sorts and this has always been about global liquidity. I mean the halving does matter as it increases the stock to flow so it doesn't not matter, but I think the 4 year cycle is more tied to global liquidity. Since we are getting a later start in liquidity I really would not be surprised by ATHs in spring of 2026 being the top. I'm kind of open to all scenarios and will just be monitoring top signals and might honestly not try to play it too cute. I'll probably just slowly pull out next year and not try to guess the top right on the nose.
As some financial greats have said over time: "Time in the market beats timing the market". For as much money people can make via flipping coins or buying at the bottom and selling at the top - there's millions of people around the world with a similar strategy and some people are gonna have to hold the bag. I was a really inexperienced investor and had no knowledge of cycles and risk etc. So I let my bad decisions seep out when you sold and it went down. In hindsight you were right to sell it probably. Well That’s it I guess, peace 😅
Any gains in crypto need to be a windfall strategy and basically sell it and wait 6 months until you have a plan to do with the money. It will change your life. The powers that be want to fight crypto and will tank the economy to do so. They will put us in a war to do so. It is important that we focus on sticking to a plan rather than trying to time the market. Crypto is mildly predictable until it isn't. I think 150k Bitcoin is my next year target and I don't expect any more than that. That being said, rebalancing is key. A 20% cash and 80% of your crypto holdings is a solid strategy and with coinbase you can earn 5% on that cash which is better than bonds and then you can use the gains from it to DCA into crypto with that 5% per month.

Why don't you consider macroeconomics? Crypto is no longer relied on the halving cycle from now after the ETFs and there are many indicators and research reports mentioned about the upcoming recession. There's no way you could perfect a crypto top this cycle because of that and also Coinbase ranking was under 5 just a few months ago and there was a ton of celeb coins hype too a month ago,Crypto banter the biggest crypto RUclipsr mentioned about Crypto supercycle when bitcoin was at all time high in March.
I definitely consider macro. You have to keep in mind that everyone has been calling for a recession since rate hikes started. The recession has been coming in a few months for the past 2 years basically. I'd say we're already in a recession and it feels like the FED and others keep playing games with the data and goal posts to say that we're not. Yes stocks have been doing good but basically has been just AI related gains. There could definitely be a wound festering in the market somewhere that causes us to dip lower, but dips as we saw in 2020 can lead to rally's very quickly. Overall there were a number of top signals that went off earlier this year and in retrospect there were accurate as we've basically gone down only since then. Think of the market as many different cycles, tied up into a larger cycle, within an even larger cycle. We can get frothy on a micro scale and that might signal a short term correction but allow the big picture to remain intact. The big picture in this case is macro or the fed cuts unlocking trillions of liquidity that can pour into the markets. That's still ahead.

I think if POL got traction then it could, but it's not powerful enough to give Polygon traction on its own. I would think of TRON and USDT as an example. Crushing it from a numbers perspective but almost nobody cares about TRON despite that.

Crypto is not a S&P 500 index fund where time in the market pays off. Crypto runs in 4 year cycles. It is about timing 100%.

Just hold the tokens. LP pools are great for yield strategies but you get impermanent loss which can screw you if you tokens go up quite a bit.
But for things like AKT i'll stake them for passive rewards, but this emissions from the chain which is different than LP pools
