Not at all. Because Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year, our church held it's first advent service on November 26th. We have an advent wreath that has 4 different candles that get lit follow by a Christ candle on Christmas Eve. We had to add an extra week to advent to make the dates fall into place correctly.
