Hello, I bought the joei aeria signature v2 model, what is the difference with the normal signature aeria model, which one is the newer model, the rear and front wheels are smaller and when I fold it, the head part touches the ground, it wears out over time. Thanks
Same here. I found that in order to fold it to the end, you have to pull one of the strings under the back of the seat, which somewhat unlocks the remainder of the rotation forward. It's actually tricky to action, feels like you'll rip it off one day. Definitely it doesn't operate like in the video.
I had the same issue, to help clarify once the seat is folded as far as it will go you will then need to give the strap that is connected to the back of the seat a good tug upwards (this strap has a rubber middle handle)

@@anitaacheampong2473 once the back rest is down forward, a soft handle should become exposed, attached on both sides to a couple of round plastic housings. By pulling the soft handle forward, the round housings will partially rotate, until they click and unlock the folding. If they don't click by pulling the handle, you can help rotating them with your hands. PS: I think the button on the lever behind the back rest doesn't do absolutely anything.
I had same issue, and was looking what could be the problem or why that difference, and it seems they release a new model (or a revision of this one) called "Versatrax E" ruclips.net/video/UeaEQklklkk/видео.html if you see that video you'll notice that it folds different from versatrax, and stops on horizontal instead of at the end. I bought the versatrax original model, with the all terrain wheels (which versatrax E doesn't have), but it seems that now they bring the same chair of model E.
Hello, The big difference is versatrax seat can be used both rearward and forward-facing, while matrix flex seat can only be used forward-facing. Also, removing the seat for an infant carrier or carry cot is easier on versatrax, with just a click of a button.
Hi can the canopy be removed from the lining to be washed? I couldn’t remove it unfortunately. Also, the stroller doesn’t fold as it did in the video. Very disappointing. 😢

I cannot adjust height of the handle. It doesnt glide smoothly the way shown in video. I somehowanaged to lengthen height but now cannot reverse it
