Man, these guys can cook. Sarah's banjo playing has a familiar hint of Sammy Shelor. Super clean. Great harmony. My family played bluegrass 50 years. I know what I'm talking about. Keep it up guys.

Man y'all are great. Awesome vocals, great harmonies, steady swinging rhythm, tasteful creative guitar and mandolin, and a monster banjo picker driving the band. Y'all got a straight up girl Earl. Oh and also incredible song choices and arrangements.

I've listened to and played the banjo since the late '50s. And that is some of the cleanest, most inventive, and most faithful to the original (in this case, Telecaster) licks I've ever heard. Can't wait until they come to the East coast. I'll be there. (LOVE the lead vocalist, too. He's fantastic.)

Love the old standards just as much as any banjo fan, but I admire the creativity of BB's "diverse repertoire". To date, Ramblin' Fever is my favorite, but it's all great! Haven't been this excited about a record release in a long time.

I just now discovered this video, and your band, for the very first time, & I've gotta tell y'all that I think you have a great band going there, and I've gotta say that I think both your instrumental and vocal work are great, and your harmonies are TIGHT AS CAN BE, & I really like your choice of material as well!!
I'm 56 yrs. old, and have been playing since my Dad taught me my 1st Guitar chords at age 7. I went on to learn how to play 4 other stringed "Bluegrass instruments" over the years, (minus the fiddle - so far), 😊 and have been playing the Banjo now, since 1978.
That being said, I've gotta hand it to you Sarah, you are one VERY SOLID banjo player! You play with great timing and tone, and your back up playing, and some of your lead playing as well; sound VERY reminiscent of the late, great, J.D. Crowe!! You sure can't go wrong by sounding just a bit like J.D.!! 😊
Actually, I paused my writing for a bit & Googled your band, and found that Ron Stewart was your main mentor, so that DEFINITELY explains the J.D. Crowe nuances in your Banjo playing! 😊
Keep up the great work! Y'all are one great example of how Bluegrass Music is in some VERY GOOD & VERY CAPABLE hands!!

Unfortunately not! We mostly stick around the Indiana/Kentucky area but it would be great to reach out farther.
rockers cant do this they have to drag amps heavy amps around have to run electric find a plug and then there aint enough room
