I generally soak lasagna sheets before assembling the dish.Potato instead of lasagna idea is good. Will definitely try. Your assimilation of western dishes and Indian ingredients and methods of cooking are phenomenal.
Good recipe, chef. Great idea using potato as sheets. One question though, on lasagna sheets. Do we not need to boil them before layering? Won't they remain undercooked? i am planning to try it myself as I am curious. Please let us know if you already have the answer 🙂
