Great interview. Lionel couldn't really think of a fear, but then revealed his greatest fears for the next several minutes. Fear that someone else is out working him and that he hasn't done enough going into a race. Watching all of his videos it becomes very clear that his biggest fear is finishing races thinking he didn't train hard enough. But then of course he trained hard but neglected a lot of other important aspects. He is learning and I am still confident that if he sticks to the plan and listens to his coaches he is going to nail it! Great to see both of you together.

Chris "the silver surfer" Lieto...one of my heros. I gave him that nickname because he flies on the bike and the all white is pretty close to light silver.
