We also faced same experience..in delhi to chennai flight. It was scheduled at 5.00 pm but rescheduled to 11.00 pm. Then they arranged an alternative flight of STAR ALLIANCE

Ajay I have seen this final Travel vlog Twice. Fully agree with you that in Winters and that too in Dense Fog conditions it is really difficult to travel by Air. You have perfectly captured all the Human emotions In Delhi Airport due to Cancellations/ Delay in Flight schedules. The Airlines you travelled to Chennai Boarding should have been announced by the Airline. You said that 30 Passengers could not board the flight as they could not be located event though Airlines Crew tried to contact them., Had the Departure gates been correctly mentioned these Passengers would not have missed the flight. Passengers should also understand that in Dense fog conditions Airline will not take the risk of flying. They have also to be prepared for Delays. In your case AI did not give any news about the delay in flight. Trains are also getting very late during these foggy weather. Ajay this Video is indeed an eyeopener For all. We had a worst experience last November .We were coming bck from Kashmir &that too 16(Ladies only ) .They cancelled Bby flight without any reason.We stayed in the airport full night& we boarded Varanasi flight next morning &from there to Bby.They are not ready to listen anything.Didnt arrange for our stay ...Whom to complain ?? No use
I also went on AI0540 on 18/1/2024 from gate 32B from T3 in IGI and our flight was delayed 1hr but got Email 1.5hrs before scheduled time which was 8:40 about the delay.
This particular flight is always sought by IAS officials as well as others. Travelled in this flight a year ago. Thank God we never faced any problems.

Hi ajay I traveled in air india on December 2nd to 9th from chennai to luckonow and to delhi and to Mumbai and to jamnagar back to Mumbai and to chennai it was a horrible experience with air india I think they should improve or to take out our nation's name from their company name ajay it will spoil our nation's name ajay seriously atlast I found some good persons in their company and they revealed more truth about themselves.
Once I have fought in Delhi airport. Gates were closed leaving about 20 people. I went inside and made them stop the flight and finally we boarded the flight. That was not in winter
