Only now seeing this, really nice piece about her. Have to echo what others have said, such a great person, so inspirational, need more people in this world who think like her. Making/doing things by hand, using actual hand tools is a dying art/love. She's one of my Favourite YTers, always look forward to seeing her next upload.
I am a subscriber to her channel & she is an exceptional person and skillful tradesman (woman). The fact that she grew up on the mission field and is a Christian is evident in her demeanor, which makes you think that there is something different about her, but in a very delightful way.
Anne of all trades is one of my favorite RUclips channels. Been watching her for a long time.
Such a incredible woman!
Congratulations Anne on making Tennessee Crossroads; as a wayfaring Volunteer now in Texas for many long years, I watch this when I can find it. It's really great to see someone prominent in the "maker" community move to my old stomping grounds and immediately raise the profile of the local craftsmen and craftswomen.
I hope to see more of your videos soon here on RUclips, and that the school is coming along in spite of the challenges of the COVID shut down.
They missed the alpacas!!!! LOL
I wish I get to meet Anne in person one day. I've seen her grow over the past years and she has such a particular joyful drive upon herself, that it's impossible not to like her.
We need more people like Anne in this world. Keep at it Anne!
She is also one of my favorite RUclips channels!
Anne is simply amazing and has a wonderful heart. I love that she’s chasing her dreams.
She is doing what she loves and I admire her for that, everybody can't do that, she has alot of skills, very talented.
Love all her work and passion.
We love Anne. One day I hope to get into her learning center or blacksmith shop for a hammer in.
Oh man, you got on Tn Crossroads. Love that show.
Found her channel few years back and love to watch it. She reminds me of watching roy underhill in the wood wrights shop on pbs and is as talented and he is.
I have always loved your vids on woodwork and wished more women were in the trade, great work please keep it up.
AWESOME!!!! We get TC here in PA/NY...
What a great piece, Anne! Congrats!!!
It’s great to here Tammy’s voice again!
Long time subscriber to Anne’s channel... simply put “Anne Rocks” !! Nice story.
Excellent interview, and great work Anne. Might have to visit someday
This was a really good interview. I knew about her channel, but I haven't watched much of it. The mastery of her skills are inspiring to the point that I felt a little intimidation in me about the challenge it would take for me to pursue those skills as well. Both blacksmithing and furniture making are valuable skills to have if you're interested in pursuing the trade of past homesteading arts. I'm more interested in furniture making because I could enjoy the real benefit of making custom furniture for myself and others. I wouldn't be against learning to make some good hand tools through blacksmithing either. If I'm in the right place at the right time in life to learn it.
She followed her feet to where her spirit guided her!.......ATB
