- (The scene fans have been waiting for) The long awaited death of Helen Cutter at the end of series 3 in episode 10. This is also referred to as episode 23. I hoped she'd die! A Raptor in the Cretaceous period followed Danny through after Helen dropped the anomaly creator. While Danny followed Helen the Raptor was stalking Danny. The killer of the cretaceous claimed a victim. He gave his life to save the human race and the rest of the Austrilapithicus.

I like that Danny had the final go at Helen with help from the Raptor. Felt like it connected him very well into the series as it feels like he avenges Nick's death even though we only met Danny when Nick got killed off by Helen.
Help from the Raptor? I'm pretty sure the Raptor did most of the work.

Also, perhaps having the Gorgonopsid kill her would've been better, remember that Gorgonopsid had been trying to get her for eight years ever since the first anomlay in the series.

I think it would have been better if the Gorgonopsid got her, after all, that thing had been after her for over 8 years, ever since the series began. It was what lead her to research the anomalies, and it would only seem fitting for it to end it too. I mean come on, that Gorgonopsid was badass.

Yeah I remember being so let down by how lame her death was. All that buildup, and she gets the same death as any random dude would've got at the opening of any other episode.
I know everyone hated her but when shed died I was kinda sad because she was brilliant villain. I don't know how anyone could be as evil as her.

Guys you need to remember when you think about it Helen is the good guy / girl she wants to save all life on earth saving so many animals lives in the process Im not saying I would so anything like that or anyone should do anything like that but if anyone did its for a good cause basically like thanos killing people to save them but in this case killing humanity for all life on earth
No I remember even at the time I was rooting for Helen. I knew she wasn't going to win but she was right and it's only human arrogance that claims otherwise.
@halloechen3000 The very first episode, and then it shows up sporadically after that. It had a fight with future bat, lost an eye, but won.
On a side note, it would have been awesome if they writers confirmed in the show there were only 10 hominids drinking and Helen was the 11th after she died. What an awesome mindscrew that would have been.

I know she killed ALL my fave characters except abby and connor, but I loved her, she was still my fave character and however much you guys say you hate her, primeval wouldn't be the same, i mean, to be honest, the show sort of revolved around her! Thanks for putting this vid up btw :) x

Its no different then Buffy killing Angel for the same reason. I agree with her, not Nick. You people just don't want to see it. Besides, shell be back if they want anyone to watch the show.
