Ned is the character from Chlorine that represents his creativity so I think maybe eating and throwing away the buns might represent songs he starts writing but then discards because he doesn't like them.
Alright, thanks for this! Whenever you hear a pitched down deep voice, that represents Blurryface/Nico. And in this song, the mocking questions he is asking himself (shown via the child at the lemonade stand in the video) are the type of self-deprecation and anxiety that Blurryface represents.
It's grown on me since it came out, but it's still on the bottom half of the album for me. I do wonder if pelting Tyler with rain, wind, and leaves was Josh getting back at him for things like the HDS video where he was outside in the freezing cold in a tank top. And Fairly Local where he kept breathing in the fake snow lol
They remove the laces when you are admitted to mental health ward. Ned represents Tyler's creativity, so the buns could be songs. Josh is helping with them. He is always there for him. The kid is Tyler when he was young. Tyler feels bad because SAI wasn't so popular. Blurryface has a lower voice. World you can't see, could be Dema, or the surrounding terrain. Tyler having black paint, it means that Blurryface has gotten to him again. It's a loop, because he was seasonal depression.
Since others clarified the Ned's Bread Qs, I'll just add that the lines about loving you better and letting go, to me, refer to himself, his life, his career, and perhaps God rather than a singular person. But TOP lyrics are written to take how you want. You def picked up on the cycle (and he's peddling a 'cycle).
